This sweet Aframe home has 3 bedrooms, family room and plenty of parking for all the toys. 2 blocks from the water and two resorts with boat launches and prime fishing. You can rent a slip, paddleboard, kayaks, jet ski, pontoon or ski boat! Upstairs bedroom has private balcony. Spacious decks for your enjoyment. Quiet and peaceful location away from the lake noise but close to the fun. Full kitchen with eating bar and large dining table. Knotty pine throughout. Washer and dryer. Large lot backs up to forested area. Close to store, restaurants, brewery, and gas. Why wait at the Country Club gate and drive another 10 to 20 minutes into reach your location? 😒 A mile and a half from Bailey Creek Golf Course around the corner. Not far from Lassen National Park. Oodles of hiking nearby and fishing. You can even hear the train whistle blow in the distance each evening while relaxing. Enjoy Nature! Not sure why it says 8 minute drive to the beach?
