Ancient stone villa of 1500 on two floors composed of entrance, large living room, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms with seven beds and two bathrooms. It is furnished with antique Tuscan style furniture. The large garden is on three floors and there is an eight-shaped swimming pool with a breathtaking view of forests, olive groves and vineyards. Even in the distance you can see the mountains of Chianti and Casentino. Outside the kitchen there is a barbecue and a large travertine table where you can enjoy excellent meals. The villa is located in the ancient village of Tregole, 2 km from Castellina in Chianti and close to the most beautiful art cities of Tuscany (Siena 15 km, Florence 35 km, San Gimignano 15 km, Monteriggioni 5 km) . In Castellina in Chianti there are wine bars, typical restaurants, shops, pharmacy and bank. The villa is located in the middle of a beautiful countryside that can be visited on foot, by bike or by car, at an altitude of 500 m from the sea. The structure is gay friendly.

Schon schön

Lage toll, super Erreichbarkeit Siena etc,in Castillina sehr gute Restaurants,sehr schöne Geschäfte,Weingüter in engster Umgebung,landschaftlich total schön!!! Tolle Betreuung von Franceso (hat auch eigenes Restaurant..Vorbeischauen!! ) Im Haus zu viel Möbel,Kleiderschränke eigentlich bereits voll mit Decken etc,Geschirrwirrwar,aber gute Pfannen,leider kein Wäschewechsel, 1x/Wo sollte bei dem Preis schon sein.Aber letztendlich doch empfehlenswert😉

Beautiful property outside of castellina

Charming older villa with nice landscaping and pool overlooking a valley. Good amenities although no air conditioning and no fans were an issue - especially in second floor bedrooms during the heatwave. The WiFi was quite weak which frustrated some of our teenager family members but a nice property overall.

Lage, Sauberkeit und Kosten - nicht zu empfehlen

Wirklich schade. Wir waren zum 4. Mal in der Region Castellina und hatten noch nie so eine Unterkunft. Alles sehr lieblos gemacht. Da es kühl war hat man mit dem Tuchlaken gefroren - die Wolldecken und Schränke haben muffig gerochen. Geschirr und Oberflächen waren schmuddelig. Und Nebenkosten für Heizung wurden vom Rest nicht getrennt. Und es liegt in einem Jagdgebiet. Wir können es nicht empfehlen.

Ruhige Villa mitten in der Toskana

Wir (Reisegruppe von fünf Personen) hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit im Haus. Die Bilder entsprechen absolut der Realität, es war der perfekte Ort um zur Ruhe zu kommen und die Toskana und die umliegenden Städte zu erkunden. Auch der Außenbereich entspricht den Bildern und der Pool verschafft Abkühlung bei hohen Temperaturen. Check-in und Check-out waren absolut problemlos und die Kommunikation mit dem Manager lief einwandfrei. Wichtig zu wissen: das wlan ist nicht das aaaallerbeste (was uns nicht gestört hat) und die Grillen sind wirklich laut ;)
