This luxurious vacation home features three bedrooms and an extensive outdoor tropical oasis. The modern and stylish villa is just a 2-minute walk to Banana Beach, one of the best surf breaks in town.
Villa Picasso has 3 bedrooms, two rooms with a queen size bed and the third with a double bed all have closet spaces & fan.

A fully equipped kitchen accessorized with all the appliances you'll need (including stove and oven), and a comfortable living room with an L shape couch and flat screen smart TV. The outside of the Villa has a large private yard with relaxing wooden balcony with a dining table and a outside sitting area & hammocks viewing the private swimming pool accomplished with a fountain !! Just lay down, relax and enjoy the sun !! The villa is kids friendly - there's a small soccer field for them to play (also adults :-)

Villa Picasso is a modern and quiet home, and has everything you'll need (strong WiFi, AC, private parking, Private swimming pool, daily cleaning). While staying in the villa ,you’ll have the freedom to enjoy your vacation as you wish.. whether it’s surfing the ocean waves, hanging by the pool, morning yoga classes, sunset horseback riding, cooking or going out for the perfect meal - you have it! We will stay in contact during your stay to make sure you have the perfect vacation moreover we will be happy to arrange any of your plans and activities around here.

Surf Trip

I recently stayed at Villa Picasso with my brother and his girlfriend. We had an incredible time! The team cleans daily and were very nice. The house is perfect for a surf trip. We walked out to the beach with our boards each morning and late afternoon. Recovering when we got back with a quick stretch session on the turf and a dip in the pool. The house is comfortable and there are great food options nearby. We also cooked and barbecued at the house a few times which was very helpful. The concierge service was great to have. They were very helpful if we had any questions throughout our stay. They set up a sunset horseback riding session for us which is a nice shift in gears one night. I recommend grabbing smoothies at the Banana Beach Club and also eating La Cevicheria. (both are walking distance away)

Beyond expected!! Perfect location!

This was our biggest surprise for our trip!! We really didn’t expect much, and once we got to the house (with a warm welcome ) we realized that it looks better than in the photos! Also , we were kinda scared as it’s hard to understand locations in Santa Teresa but it was perfect and walking distance to everything. The house itself feels really secured and more like your home away from home. We really enjoyed Having a kitchen as you can get fresh fish in Malpais ! Amir and Evia are so responsive and we felt like we really are in good hands. Totally recommended, do not hesitate!
