L APARTMENT LE KALISTEMON of 45 m2 is composed of a bedroom with air conditioning, with a double bed of 160, a small mezzanine bedroom for two people as well as a fully equipped open kitchen overlooking a large living room. There is the possibility of sleeping on a quality sofa bed in the living room, with privacy screen, and a breathtaking view of L'Uomo di Cagna from the bay window with electric shutters ... This bay window, framed by a window and a French window, gives the room an exceptional luminosity. The ceilings of this room, over 4 m high, offer a very pleasant volume.
The bathroom is fitted with an Italian shower and a suspended toilet.
Two terraces will give you the opportunity to spend evenings in the moonlight, and a barbecue will allow you to savor good grills.

We had a perfect stay. The house is beautiful, suoer equipped kitchen. There was nothing we missed. We recommend to stay at Yana's house! It was a 25min drive either to bonifacio, porto vecchio or giulia beach. They also provide a guide to less crowded local beaches.Thank you for the great time

Summer Vacation

Don‘t want to write much - Francois, the owner, the house, the garden, the pool, the ambience, the surrounding and the conversations were excellent. Corsica:good and bad

Great vacation: corsica.It is not clearly indicated on the photos but the kids were on the upper floor very unsafe stairs.Also she is a scammer: claimed that we demaged her stairs, charged us 80 euros.

Je suis navrée d avoir dû faire cela c est la 1 ère fois que je retire sur la caution ,par respect pour vous le sol étant mouillé j ai jeté un coup d’œil furtif mais après votre départ nous avons trouvé du sable partout , les escaliers gains de place étaient rayés par le sable , les draps après lavage sont restés tachés , nous avons travaillé à deux , mon mari et moi pendant 2 heures Vous étiez contentspendant tout votre séjour , votre notation a 1 étoile n est pas juste , elle sent la vengeance mais cela vous appartient

François et Yana sont vraiment des hôtes exceptionnels, très disponibles et donnant d’excellents conseils pour les excursions dans la région.Le logement est d’une propreté immaculée, moderne et pratique, et à proximité des principaux centres d’intérêts de la région, même si un peu éloigné des commerces. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Auszeit in dieser Unterkunft und würden sie jedem weiterempfehlen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und wunderschön gelegen. Der Garten mit den vielen Tieren ist ein kleines Paradies. Mit dem Auto sind wundervolle, nicht überlaufene Strände zu erreichen. Die Kinder liebten die Hochebene (wie ein Baumhaus im Haus).

Verblijf was goed. Appartement netjes. Vergeleken met de fotos iets beter meubilair. Terrasjes wat klein en uitzicht nauwelijks. Tuin meubilair sleets. Helaas was de wasmachine kapot en de vaatwasser pompte het water niet weg. Vriendelijke verhuurder, die zijn best deed om probleem op te lossen

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Schönes und geräumiges Appartment, das alles bietet was man braucht für einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Südkorsika. Auch den Garten und den Pool haben wir sehr genossen. Die Gastgeber - Yana und Francois - sind sehr nett und haben uns mit vielen Ausflugstipps unterstützt. Vielen Dank dafür!

Ruhige Lage mit wunderschönem Garten

Wir haben die Zeit in Figari sehr genossen. Die Doppelhaushälfte ist sehr schôn eingerichtet und hat einen liebevoll angelegten Garten. Das Haus liegt ruhig und abseits des Trubels, trotzdem kann man tolle Strände in ca. 20min erreichen. Porto Veccio und Bonifacio sind ebenfalls gut erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sprechen deutsch.

Ferienwohnung im Grünen

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub bei Francois und Yana. Sie haben uns herzlich empfangen und sehr gute Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Unsere Kinder haben sich über die vielen Tiere im Garten gefreut :-) Die Lage ist super, man kommt relativ schnell an die Südküste (Bonifacio) und nach Porto-Vechio und deren Strände. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war alles da, was wir gebraucht haben. Wir können die Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen!

Sehr schönes sehr ruhiges Plätzchen

Schöne und saubere Wohnung und sehr nette Eigentümer (auch mit speziellen Tipps). Der Ort Figari ist ein paar Kilometer weg (dort ein sehr schönes Restaurant mit Panoramablick). Die Zusatzkosten der Wohnung für 2 große Handtücher., Bettwäsche und Endreinigung waren etwas hoch.

Ein ganz wunderbares Gesamtpaket: sehr herzliche und freundliche Vermieter, die uns mit guten Tipps und frischem Gemüse und vielem mehr versorgt haben; ein tolles kleines Haus wie im Inserat beschrieben; ein riesiger Garten, der mit genutzt werden durfte. Oase!

Das Haus ist angenehm groß und gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Man hat alles, was man benötigt. Der Ausblick vom Wohnzimmer und der Terrasse ist einfach wundervoll auf Berge und eine grüne Oase. Man hat seine Ruhe und kann doch in 15 bis 20 Minuten an einem wunderschönen Strand sein. Merci!!!

Logement très bien situé et agréable

Très bonne expérience dans ce logement : propriétaires très sympathiques, on se sent chez-soi, le jardin est très joli, la maison est spacieuse, bien aménagée. Elle est située à environ 20 minutes de tous les lieux à visiter du coin, ce qui est très appréciable. Je recommande grandement cette location.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Figari sehr genossen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr praktisch und schön eingerichtet mit einer tollen Aussicht auf den wunderschönen Garten und auf die Berge. Der Flughafen von Figari haben wir kaum bemerkt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal gelegen um den Südwesten von Korsika zu besichtigen und es gibt viele schöne Strände in der Nähe. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sind mit unserem Hund gereist und auch er war sehr willkommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Anlage, entspannter Urlaub

Sehr schöne und vor allem gemütliche FeWo in sehr schöner Anlage mit hübscher Terrasse. Die Vermieter wohnen direkt nebenan und sind super nett und hilfsbereit (vielen Dank euch beiden!). Der Garten ist gross und bietet neben vielen Schildkröten auch einen Pool, den wir nutzen konnten. Einziger Nachteil ist die Lage, da man immer das Auto braucht, um zum Strand, ins Restaurant oder zum Einkaufen zu gelangen. Der nächste Strand mit wunderschönem Strandwalk ist knapp 15 min entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. PS: Mit kleinen Kindern ist die FeWo problematisch, da die Treppe nach oben doch sehr steil ist. Es kommen noch Kosten für Bettzeug und Handtücher sowie die Endreinigung hinzu.

Merci pour votre appréciation, il est vrai que l escalier est un escalier dit " gain de place "mais il est dans les normes et bien sécurisé. Il faut juste être un peu plus prudent .c est bien de le souligner, merci beaucoup.
