This old Corsican house completely renovated dominates the village of Figari, ideally located in a residential area, surrounded by a large garden with swimming pool and private terraces, it is independent and has all the modern comforts.

Oasis of calm

We visited the house as a family and had a wonderful stay. Mr. Simoni is a very friendly host. The holiday home in Figari was an absolute dream! The old, lovingly renovated house offers fantastic views of the charming Corsican village and is perfectly located in a quiet residential area. The large garden with pool is a true oasis of relaxation, and the private terrace invites you to spend relaxing evenings outdoors. The modern facilities leave nothing to be desired. The air conditioning in particular, which keeps the upper area pleasantly cool, was a big plus in the warm temperatures. There are many beautiful destinations in the area, including beaches, towns and rivers. We'd love to come back.

Traumhafte Lage, schattiger Garten, rustikale Einrichtung und ein Pool mit Aussicht.

Wir würden von Patrick und Alice freundlich empfangen. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist günstig für Ausflüge an die südliche Küste und den Bergen. . Wir haben die 2 Wochen sehr genossen.

Très bon sejour

Maison très agréable et pleine de charme, nichée en haut de Figari et au calme. Patrick est très réactif et amical. Des équipements bébé (chaise haute, baignoire, lit parapluie) nous ont été fourni sans supplément. Seul petit bémol, nous avons sans doute joué de malchance mais la climatisation était capricieuse durant notre séjour et s'arrêtait d'elle même assez fréquemment. Celle-ci sera sûrement réparée rapidement cependant.

Hervorragend

Das historische Haus liegt sehr schön im Berg eingebettet, besitzt einen wunderschönen Garten und einen wirklichen schönen, kaum einsehbaren Pool mit tollem Blick auf das Tal und die gegenüberliegenden Berge. Innen ist das Haus liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Die wilden Schildkröten, die im Garten leben sind ebenfalls großartig. Herr Simoni ist ein sehr netter Vermieter und hat uns sehr freundlich willkommen geheißen. Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthalts keine Fragen oder Probleme, sind uns aber sicher, dass Herr Simoni hier jederzeit ansprechbar wäre und mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen würde. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit noch einmal mieten.

Un séjour très agréable

Nous avons été très bien accueillis malgré notre arrivée tardive, Monsieur Simoni est très prévenant. La maison est bien équipée et parfaitement au calme, parfaite pour un séjour relaxant! A proximité de l’aéroport, et des très belles visites à faire dans les environs. Je recommande cette maison pleine de charme!

Une maison pleine de charme

Nous avons adoré notre séjour : une maison pleine de charme, une agréable terrasse ombragée et une piscine avec une vue dégagée sur la vallée de Figari. Haus mit Charme

Wir haben zwei wunderbar entspannte Wochen im Haus von Herrn Simoni verbracht. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Das alte Schäferhaus ist mit viel Liebe zum Details restauriert und ausgestattet. Die herrliche Aussicht besonders bei Sonnenuntergang ist unvergesslich.

Un plaisir de vacances

Un coin tranquille, à proximité il y a les commerces essentiel (pharmacie, restaurant, supermarché) si besoin! Puis la location es situé entre bonifacio et Porto vecchio...un régal pour visiter ces 2 belle ville ainsi que toutes les plages magnifique su sud. Je conseil cette location, avec des propriétaires super sympa et de bons conseils!!!

Ein Haus wie ein Traum

Wir hatten als Familie eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem Haus und möchten auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Ausstattung, Lage, der Pool sowie als Highlight der Charme des ganzen waren wunderbar. Patrick war ein sehr sympathischer und professioneller Gastgeber. Es war rundum traumhaft. Gerade für Familien mit Kindern ist der Pool fantastisch. Herzlichen Dank Patrick für alles!

Beautiful villa

We had a wonderful time staying in Figari. The villa is beautiful with lovely original features and perfectly tranquil. Stunning views and a nice pool as an added bonus. We enjoyed exploring the local area, restaurants and beaches. We would not hesitate to stay again, and Patrick was very welcoming.

Altes Haus in schöner Umgebung

Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wohn- und Schlafräume recht gemütlich teilweise klimatisiert. Toilette in einen Schrank eingebaut und für große Menschen schlecht zu benutzen und zu verschliessen. Ruhige Lage in angenehmer Autofahrentfernung nach Bonifacio und Port-Vecchio. Insgesamt sehr schöne Unterkunft, wenn nicht alles perfekt und modern sein muß

Très jolie maison

Nous avons très bien été accueilli par le propriétaire. Nous avons adoré cette maison typique et son magnifique jardin (et nos voisines les tortues!). Très bien placée pour visiter le sud de la corse.

Très bon séjour

Un très beau séjour passé dans cette belle maison, très bien décorée et équipée. La communication avec le propriétaire était toujours rapide et efficace. La situation dans le petit centre de Figari mais au calme était très appréciable pour les courses de dernière minute comme pour visiter la Corse du Sud. Nous recommandons cette location.

autentisch renoviertes altes Steinhaus

Patrick hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Er gab uns gute Tipps zur Erkundung Korsikas. 2x pro Woche schaut er nach dem Pool und sorgt sich sehr um seine Gäste. In der Küche fehlt es zum Kochen an nichts, es sind genügend Kochutensilien vorhanden. Das Geschirr ist ein bisschen zusammengestückelt, aber ausreichend vorhanden. Die Holzfußböden knarren , so dass man es im unteren Schlafzimmer hört. Für BBQ-Freunde steht ein großer Weber-Gasgrill zur Verfügung. Je nach Jahreszeit ist für das Essen draußen Mückenschutz zu empfehlen. Der Pool ist praktisch nicht einsehbar. Die Liegen stehen unter einem Olivenbaum im Schatten, so dass im Sommer kein Sonnenschirm nötig ist. Die Sonne kommt dann am Nachmittag. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist gepflastert, etwas steil und schmal. Für die Fahrt nach Bastia zur Fähre muss man samstags 3 bis 3 1/2 Stunden rechnen, dadie Straße viel befahren ist und duch alle Ortschaften führt. Erst kurz vor Bastia ist ei kleis Stück Autobahn. Strände und Badebuchten sind außreichend in der Nähe vorhanden.
