This is the best villa I have ever stayed in! The view from the lounge and terrace is breathtaking as one gets an almost uninterrupted view of the bay. The VRBO photos don’t do this villa justice – it’s also one of the best supplied in the kitchen, with surplus towels and linen, and extra pillows and cushions everywhere.We suggest a stop at the old local town of Sartene on the way to shop for provisions (local shops and supermarket) as although there is a small local shop in Tizzano it is basic and expensive. Go back for the museum and a stroll through the ancient stone streets (and Saturday market).Our hosts, Jeanine and Martine, who are lovely, met us outside the local hotel and showed us to the villa – great service and a comprehensive welcome pack of goodies especially Jeanine's apricot jam.Nowhere is very far in Tizzano and it is an easy walk from the villa to the local shop, the harbour and restaurants – pricey but Ria Nova (closest only 4 minutes slow walk) is very good. We ate in most nights but the view makes it worthwhile. The sea really is only 100m from the villa.

Heaven on Earth

We have stayed in a number of lovely villas over the years but this was by some distance the most beautiful, comfortable and well equipped. We were met by Jeanine, the owner who provided a lovely welcome pack including some eggs from her own chickens and home made marmalade. (delicious😋) We knew from the photos how nice the villa was but to be honest these did not do justice the real thing. It was stunning. We had the most relaxing of breaks, sitting by the pool with amazing views over the sea. The pool was amazing and we made regular use of it during our stay. The villa is set in extensive grounds with mature trees and shrubs and provides a route down towards the nearby beach. Having just returned we are already considering our options for returning in 2025.

Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. La maison est aménagée avec beaucoup de soin, très bien équipée, parfaitement propre. La vue est à couper le souffle et l’accueil de la propriétaire très chaleureux. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Die Aussicht der Wohnung ist traumhaft, der Pool toll, aber nicht geheizt. Ein sehr schönes Haus - wie auf den Bildern! Die Gastgeberin ist freundlich und hat immer rasch reagiert. Die Küche war tiptop eingerichtet. WC-Papier, Abfallsäcke & Abwaschtabs waren für die ersten ein, zwei Tage bereitgestellt. Wir waren 9 Tage dort und mussten für die restlichen Tage noch ganze Packungen kaufen. Einfach so zur Info…damit haben wir nicht gerechnet, sonst hätten wir selber mitgebracht. Aber vielleicht ist das ja auch so üblich…

Un site incroyable

Une vue panoramique sur la mer, que l’on soit au petit déjeuner, à profiter de la piscine à débordement, ou tout simplement du canapé…..La plage à moins de cinq minutes à pieds.Un endroit pour se ressourcer sur la côte sauvage, loin du tumulte des zones touristiques.Tout est fonctionnel et conforme au descriptif.Les hôtes sont très sympathique et répondront avec plaisir à toutes vos questions.Et à savoir, les photos présentes sur le site ne reflètent que très partiellement la beauté des lieux et de la demeure.Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Urlaub mit traumhaften Ausblick

Der Aufenthalt hat unsere Erwartung übertroffen! Im Haus gibt es alles was man benötigt in einer hohen Qualität und absolut gepflegten Zustand incl. Pool und Außenanlage. Die Vermieterin ist auch extrem hilfsbereit und bemüht! Wir kommen auf jedem Fall wieder!

Toller Frühlingsurlaub

Großartiges Haus in wunderschöner Lage. Haben den Blick von der Terrasse aufs Meer und den Sonnenuntergang genossen. Der Pool hatte eine angenehme Größe. Das Haus war geschmackvoll und wertig eingerichtet und hat genügend Platz geboten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Séjour a Tizzano

Nous avons passe de merveilleuses vacances, la maison est incroyable, confortable, et ne manque de rien (jusqu'au lisseur dans les salles de bains, jeux de société, jeux de plage, parasol, etc.). Jeanine est une hôte tres attentionnée, elle mous a accueillis avec un panier de produits corses et a ete tres accessible tout au long du séjour. La piscine a fait le binheur de tous et la plage est a 5 min a pied, sans oublier la vue imprenable sur la mer et les couchers de soleil...a recommander sans aucune hésitation.

Es war wunderschön!

Wir haben das Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Frau Mondoloni war sehr gastfreundlich und hat uns herzlich in Empfang genommen! Die Aussicht vom Ferienhaus ist atemberaubend! Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Im Herbst ist die Lage etwas abgelegen, aber gerade das hat uns gefallen.

Très bon accueil de Jeanine, la propriétaire des lieux, qui nous reçoit avec des spécialités locales. Une maison très bien équipée, très propre et qui offre une vue imprenable sur la baie de Tizzano. La piscine a été très appréciée, du fait ds températures élevées.

Exceptionnel !

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances extraordinaire dans la maison de Mme Mondoloni. Pour notre famille composée de 7 personnes de 10 à 79 ans, tout était parfait : l'emplacement à quelques minutes à pieds de la plage, la vue époustouflante à plus de 180°, la piscine à débordement où nous avons pu nous baigner fin octobre, la maison en elle-même extrêmement soignée et équipée des meilleures prestations possibles (mieux que sur les photos !). Mme Mondoloni est une hôtesse charmante et très attentionnée. Elle nous a accueillis avec un panier garni de produits du terroir qui nous a régalés. Sa maison mérite plus que 5 étoiles !

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren das erste Mal auf Korsika. Das Haus hat uns aufgrund seiner Lage uns Ausstattung angesprochen. Kontakt mit der Jeanine jedeezeit flott und top. Etwas befremdlich war Anfangs die fehlende Adresse, aber das liegt wohl daran, dass die Strassenbeschreibungen vor Ort anders sind. Das Haus übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Es gab sogar ein korsisches Care-Paket mit Selbstgemachtem. Entgegen der deutschen Beschreibung ist der Pool leider nicht beheizt. Dies scheint ein Übersetzungspaket zu sein und sollte vielleicht geändert werden. Wir reisten am Ende der Saison. Im Ort selbst hatte kaum noch was geöffnet. Fahrt bis Sartene ca 20Min. Dafür gabs jede Menge Ruhe und menschenleere Strände. Um sich etwas anzuschauen fährt man ab Tizzano mind. 1 Std. Bis zum Flughafen sind es etwas über 1,5Std. Endreinigung kostet 100,- Euro extra. Ist aber auch völlig ok, wenn man nicht selbst Hand anlegen möchte. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne! Top Haus, top Gastgeberin!
