The Estates are the exclusive development of single homes to the left of the gatehouse as you enter King's Creek Plantation resort. These homes feature the decor and details expected in luxury vacationing. There is a patio and balcony upstairs to experience a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. There is a master bedroom with a large whirlpool, one standard bedroom with a private bath, and 1 sleeper sofa. The large whirl pool tub adorns the master bedroom suite; with a separate shower area. The sleeper sofa is located in the living room. The living room and bedrooms all have flat screen TV's. There is a washer and dryer, dishwasher...AND a full kitchen! The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, granite counter tops, and an outdoor gas grill. Imagine spending the holidays with your family in one of these luxury vacation homes near historic Williamsburg. This property is just 3 miles from Colonial Williamsburg, 15 minutes away from the Yorktown and Jamestown beaches. Enjoy theme parks (Busch Gardens and Water Country USA), shopping, and dining. There is an onsite restaurant (Seasonal), 3 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, fitness center, miniature golf, tennis and basketball courts. Nice property

Nice property. We were upgraded and enjoyed having our adult/teen kids in the larger side while we had a private one bedroom in the middle unit. Host was great! Good communication.

Accommodations were very good and convenient to areas we visited.

Couple suggestions: we killed several sliver fish insects in the baths; exterminator should be called to spray all areas. Also, we thought we were renting a ground floor unit, but we instead received a second floor unit. The several steps made our entrance and exit somewhat difficult for seniors such as us. We should have been informed beforehand.

Great getaway location!

Everything was excellent! The owner of the property communication was superb, the town house was stocked with everything we needed! Staff was extremely helpful, location perfect. Downsides the pool near the town house We stayed at needs updating, we just went to another pool the next time, the aquatic center really should carry a few more basic items (snacks, milk etc) we bought orange juice from there to get home and start to drink and it had expired in April (we stayed in July) I took it back so it could all be cleared the staff asked if I wanted another, I certainly didn’t and she didn’t offer a refund, not a big deal but just found that odd. I would 100% stay again!

Great location

Great location timeshare rental - close to everything -colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, Yorktown, Busch Gardens and abuts WaterCountry. Clean spacious rooms, very functional small fully equipped kitchen. There is a dollar tree close by to get small volume short term supplies if needed (soap/laundry detergent/etc). Beds and pillows were very comfortable, all lights worked and tv’s were great. Would definitely stay again.
