Belle ancienne maison bretonne, bien équipée et trÚs agréable.Le jardin apporte un plus permettant de profitez longuement du soleil.Le plus, pour nous : un véritable contact avec Aude. Pouvoir échanger sur le lieu, son histoire, etc, est quand plus agréable que de parler à une boite à clés.

Gute Ausstattung, ruhige Lage

Wir bedanken uns herzlich fĂŒr die freundliche Aufnahme von Aude. Das Haus macht innen einen grĂ¶ĂŸeren Eindruck als auf den Fotos dargestellt. Die KĂŒche ist komplett ausgestattet und der Gasofen macht Spaß. Große Menschen mĂŒssen sich beim Durchgang zum Bad ordentlich bĂŒcken, aber im Bad angekommen ist dann wieder alles normal. Leider kann der große Kamin -wie in der Beschreibung aufgefĂŒhrt- nicht befeuert werden. Der große Garten ist rundum durch hohe Hecken gut abgeschirmt. Im Ort Tregastel können wir den schönen Wochenmarkt am Montag und den Supermarkt Super-U mit perfekter Auswahl empfehlen. Vielen Dank

Genauso schön wie vor einem Jahr!

Ein wunderschönes, vollstĂ€ndig ausgestattetes, wohnliches und gemĂŒtliches Haus mit einer liebenswĂŒrdigen Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns hier genauso wohlgefĂŒhlt wie vor einem Jahr. Bei einem weiten Aufenthalt in Tregastel werden wir diese Unterkunft erneut wĂ€hlen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Super séjour

Petite maison bretonne avec beaucoup de charme et trÚs bien équipée aussi bien intérieure qu'exterieur. Tout pour passer un excellent séjour ! Logement trÚs bien situé. De plus, la proprietaire est trÚs accueillante et disponible si besoin. Ne pas hésiter pour réserver !

Schöne Tage in Tregastel

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in Tregastel verbracht. Dieses Haus mit seinem großen GrunstĂŒck ist wunderschön, sehr behaglich eingerichtet, sehr ruhig gelegen und mit allem Notwendigen und mehr ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet fĂŒr AusflĂŒge an die verschiedenen schönen Orte am Meer. Die ausgesprochen freundliche Gastgeberin hat uns viele gute Restaurantempfehlungen gegeben, so dass auch die kulinarische Seite dieser Urlaubswoche perfekt war. Bei einem nĂ€chsten Urlaub in Tregastel wĂŒrden wir wieder diese Unterkunft wĂ€hlen. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen.

Schönes gemĂŒtliches Haus in zentraler Lage

wir haben ein sehr angenehme Woche hier verbracht. Das Haus ist gemĂŒtlich und hĂŒbsch eingerichtet, in der KĂŒche ist alles vorhanden. Das Bad ist ganz neu, im Anbau, der Durchgang dahin ist sehr niedrig (ca.1,60 m), aber zur Sicherheit mit Polstern an der Kante versehen (mich hat das Kopf-Einziehen trotz 1,82m nicht gestört). Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und herzlich und nebenan schnell zu erreichen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, per Rad 3 Minuten zum Zentrum/BĂ€cker, 3 Minuten zum Supermarkt, 5 Minuten zu diversen StrĂ€nden. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Dated and unsafe

Tregastel is a beautiful place, but I wouldn't rent this particular property again. As others have mentioned, the house is dated, with a very old kitchen and bathroom. In particular, the gas stove is ancient and there are no fire safety measures, no CO2 alarm, and I only found the smoke alarm hidden in a drawer near the end of our stay. As the only escape route from the bedrooms is a creaking wooden staircase, it is negligent not to have alarms fitted. The "enclosed" garden is also unsafe for small children - it has large gaps in the hedges which lead on to a road with traffic coming around blind corners, and there is a well at the end of the garden covered only by a flimsy-looking wire fence. More generally, the standard of accommodation was rather poor for the price we paid. There was wifi, but it wasn't very reliable and kept cutting out. The beds were uncomfortable and unusually short, the bedding smelled damp and made us sneeze. The parasol outdoors was tattered and the deck chairs mildewy. The sofa cushions and rug had not been cleaned for a long time. In general, a bit old and tatty, and not in a particularly "charming" way. There were extra charges for linen, towels and cleaning, and once we had paid the cleaning fee we were told we would actually have to do much of the cleaning ourselves (beds, floors, dishes, table, bins...). Although we complied, the owner then tried to take our entire deposit, claiming that there were crumbs on the sofa, that we had broken a lock (how??) and also broken her washing machine (it was working when we left). I've rented about 20 houses in France over recent years, and this one doesn't compare well. I've never lost any deposit previously, and never paid nearly so much for a property of this quality. If you read the owner's replies to some other reviews, you will perhaps get a sense of her attitude towards her guests. You have been warned!

Logement agréable à la cote de granit rose

TrĂšs bonne situation, Ă  l'Ă©cart de la grand route mais proche du marchĂ© de TrĂ©gastel et de la cote de granit rose (plage du Tourony Ă  15min Ă  pieds). IdĂ©al pour partir en balades sur les diffĂ©rents itinĂ©raires cyclables et randonnables du coin. Logement ancien mais fonctionnel et bien Ă©quipĂ©. SĂ©jour et chambres rĂ©novĂ©s. Cuisine assez ancienne (cuisiniĂšre four Ă  gaz d'il y a plus de 30 ans), sanitaires peu pratiques (baignoire et WC sous descente de toit, pas de douche) et pas adaptĂ©s aux personnes ayant des soucis de mobilitĂ© (attention Ă  la marche et bien baisser la tĂȘte). Le jardin (pelouse) est trĂšs grand et bien clĂŽturĂ© (idĂ©al pour laisser jouer les enfants). La propriĂ©taire, trĂšs sympathique, fait tout ce qu'elle peut pour rendre service.

Sur la maison il n’y a rien Ă  redire. Son Ă©quipement est excellent et son amĂ©nagement fait qu’elle est vraiment trĂšs agrĂ©able Ă  vivre. Mais si c’était Ă  refaire nous choisirions une maison plus proche de la plage ...

Haus aus rosa Granit (passend zur KĂŒste), Ausstattung angemessen, gutes Preis-Leistungs-VerhĂ€ltnis, sehr niedriger Durchgang zu Bad und WC, Badewanne vorhanden, aber Duschen im Stehen fĂŒr normal große Personen nicht möglich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt ! Parkplatz auf dem GrundstĂŒck.

Sehr schönes und ruhiges Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist im typisch bretonischen Stil gebaut. Trotz der NĂ€he zum Ortszentrum ist die Lage sehr ruhig. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, die Innenausstattung komplett inkl. GeschirrspĂŒl- und Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle und Warmwasserkocher. Wer kein WLAN braucht, mit der niedrigen Durchgangshöhe zu Bad und Toilette zurecht kommt und auch nichts gegen eine Dusche im Sitzen hat, der sollte sich hier sehr wohlfĂŒhlen. Neben dem Haus ist eine kleine Einfahrt, so dass ein Auto auf dem GrundstĂŒck geparkt werden kann. Ein großer Supermarkt ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß oder in 3 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar, zwei BĂ€ckereien am Ort in die andere Richtung in 6 Minuten zu Fuß (in der NĂ€he des Marktplatzes). Montags ist Wochenmarkt. Einer der grĂ¶ĂŸten, die wir bisher in Frankreich gesehen haben. Schön sind auch die WochenmĂ€rkte in den Nachbarorten. Die Vermietungsagentur vor Ort ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. StrĂ€nde und Landschaft sind toll. Wer gerne spazieren geht, kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten. Kurz und gut: Wir waren mit unserer Wahl sehr zufrieden und können das Haus mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und hat gute Ausgangslage fuer AusflĂŒge in die Umgebung . Der Beschreibung sollte jedoch hinzugefĂŒgt werden,dass Bad u. Toilette nur durch einen ca 1,70 m hohen Durchgang zu erreichen sind. Duschen kann man nur sitzend oder gebueckt. Ansonsten komplett und gepflegt eingerichtet.

Sehr nette, einfache HĂŒtte in Tregastel. Hat alles was man braucht.

Gute Lage. 5 min zum Meer, 5 min zum Super U. Der Wochenmarkt in Tregastel ist unvergesslich. Vermieter sehr nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit. BettwĂ€sche sollte mitgebracht werden, ist aber auch gegen ein Entgelt erhĂ€ltlich. Die Endreinigung kann selbst durchgefĂŒhrt werden. Kann den Ort, sowie das Haus uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiterempfehlen.

Une maison trĂšs cosy!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette chaleureuse maison, trÚs bien située à Trégastel et trÚs bien équipée. AprÚs de longues balades en bord de mer en cette période hivernale, nous avons beaucoup aimé retrouver ce logement trÚs cosy. Nous avons aussi eu le plaisir de profiter des améliorations faites par la propriétaire qui ne figurent pas sur les photos de l'annonce. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.
