Michelle and Julio have been visiting Bonita Bay for 20 years.
Why they chose this property
Michelle's parents were original owners in the Harbor Lakes community. Our love of this area has progressed through generations as we have been visiting our beloved parents each season and have subsequently brought our children on our yearly trips. The condo association is dedicated in maintaining the beauty of Harbor Lakes and the people are "five star" as my father would say. Because of such wonderful and lasting memories created with family and people there, we hope to retire to The Palm Tree Getaway. In the meantime we wish to share our wonderful space.
What makes this property unique
Our 2nd floor condo is an end unit with a long driveway on the cul-de-sac of the complex. The lanai is completely private with a wonderful unobstructed view of the lake and preserve. Not a fan of the beach? The pool is very close and wonderfully maintained including a hot tub. There is a club house which is immaculate with pristine bathrooms. For beach lovers there is a shuttle which leaves frequently in season--a great way to see the sunset! Bonita Beach property includes access to umbrellas, lounge chairs, ice maker, water fountain, bathrooms and shower. Should you forget refreshment--there is food there for purchase in season. Bonita Bay has many beautiful and peaceful paths to explore either by walking or biking. There are tennis, pickle and bocce courts for your use. Think of it and usually what you desire is there!
