Appartement bien situé. Propre sauf le plafond avec beaucoup d araignées, le ménage ne se fait pas qu au sol. Manque un ventilateur, un bac a glaçons et un tapis pour sortir de la douche .

Bonjour Je prends note de vos remarques Les températures exceptionnelles amènent effectivement à prévoir des ventilateurs c’est noté pour les futurs équipements Un grand nettoyage est fait chaque année ensuite cela revient au locataire de faire le nettoyage c’est un compromis pour éviter des frais supplémentaires L’agence sur place veille à chaque changement que l’appartement soit rendu propre Dans tout les cas n’hésitez pas la prochaine fois à les alertes Comme le nettoyage le linge n’est pas fourni il est possible de bénéficier de la prestation ou de louer du linge Souhaitant que vous ayez passé un agréable séjour au bord de l’océan Cordialement Violaine

Das Appartement hat eine schöne Lage. Leider ist es etwas alt und müßte renoviert bzw. einiges repariert werden. Im Schlafzimmer hat es bei einem Starkregen auf das Bett geregnet. Die Lampe in der Küche funktioniert nicht. Das Appartement war ziemlich dreckig, der Staubsauger nicht funktionsfähig. Der Hof könnte sehr schön sein, ist aber etwas verkommen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Man kann schnell zum Strand oder in die Innenstadt laufen. Haustiere sind willkommen :) Immer wieder gerne!

idéalement situé , l'appartement, un peu vieillot (plomberie surtout) ne manque pas de charme avec sa grande terrasse et sa proximité immédiate de l'océan.

Très bonne location

Excellente situation à 50m de la plage. Quartier calme mais à proximité de toutes les commodités. Literie à revoir mais il semble que le logement soit prévu d'être rénové.
