Come and rest in this charming Landes house located in a large wooded park of oaks and pines (fenced park). You will be in a quiet environment and just 9 km from the ocean. The seaside town of Mimizan-range (known for its immense sandy beaches) is accessible by the cycle track passing nearby or 10 minutes by car to enjoy the pleasures of the ocean (swimming, surfing, body surfing) . The practice windsurfing or sailing, fishing, canoeing or pedal boating are possible on Lake 3km. The city of Mimizan Bourg is located 2kms, you will find all the shops and a market on Friday morning. In addition you can attend many events (Landaise race, concerts, activities for children ...) or just enjoy the serenity of the place and walk in the forest.
House of 75 sqm, having the classification Tourism 3 stars is composed of 3 rooms. The right side of the house has 2 bedrooms (1 with1 bedroom bed 140 + 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90), kitchen (gas cooker, microwave, refrigerator), living room (TV + DVD), bathroom, separate wc , many arrangements. A separate bedroom occupies the central part of the house: a sofa bed 140 BZ style, a kitchenette (with fridge, microwave), TV, a full bathroom with toilet, storage. Next sun exposure, you will have 2 terraces and garden furniture.
Sheets, duvets and blankets are provided.
The bathroom linen can be rented (10 euros per person for the duration of the stay)
A cot can be borrowed, as well as a bath.
The owner's house is nearby.
A deposit check will be requested in the amount of 500 euros at the handing over of the keys and you will be returned to the inventory of places of exit.

Superbe séjour en famille à Mimizan

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans la propriété de Mme Boyau qui vit dans la maison à côté. L'emplacement est top avec un immense jardin boisé tout autour qui est idéal pour laisser les enfants se défouler tout en gardant un oeil dessus. Situé à 10-15 min en voiture des plages et très au calme. Le gite est agréable et bien équipé avec une mention spéciale pour la literie qui est confortable. La terrasse est également un gros plus car très agréable et ouvrant sur le jardin. les seuls bémols sont certaines embrasures de portes un peu basses pour les grands (>1m90) et la cuisine un peu vieille et sans lave-vaisselle (mais Mme Boyau va la refaire prochainement.) Mme Boyau est très accueillante et disponible et de bons conseils pour Mimizan et ses environs. Pour l'odeur de l'usine de bois, oui elle est perceptible certains jours mais rarement plus de 2 ou 3h. Une adresse à conserver et à recommander assurément pour un séjour à Mimizan

Superbe endroit pour des vacances calmes et sporti

Nous revenons de cette location et nous pouvons dire que c'est un paradis : maison très jolie au calme dans un parc arboré magnifique. La location est très fonctionnelle avec tout ce qu'il faut pour vous accueillir (petit plus le congélateur) en intérieur comme en extérieur. La propriétaire est charmante et a réalisé un classeur des principaux sites à voir dans le coin elle est aussi de bons conseils pour les resto. Les plages sont à 15 mn en voiture : on a adoré la plage sud (au sud) et remember (au nord) superbes pour les vagues et avec des zones très bien surveillées. Le marché de mimizan le vendredi est très sympa (il faut allez voir le fromager). En bref des vacances idéales.

Belle maison landaise, bien équipée, décorée avec soin, sans vis à vis, avec un grand terrain, idéal pour jouer avec les enfants. La propriétaire est très accueillante et agréable ! Nous avons apprécié sa disponibilité et ses conseils sur le choix des visites tout en étant très discrète : plages, restaurants, points à visiter.... Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances et recommandons fortement cette location.

Une séjour au calme et une propriétaire très sympa

Si vous recherchez une location au calme et dans la nature, ne cherchez pas plus loin, c'est la bonne location. La maison est située sur un immense terrain sans vis à vis. La maison de la propriétaire est à côté mais les terrasses ne se voient pas. Vous êtes pour ainsi dire tout seul. Le carrefour market est à 3 km et la plage 9 Km (je vous conseille la plage "remember"). La maison est fort bien aménagée (manque uniquement le lave vaisselle) et, chose rare, la propriétaire fournit les draps, et tout un kit pour la cuisine (torchon, éponge, ... ). Il n'y a pas de clim mais comme l'on peut dormir les fenêtres ouvertes la nuit, ce n'est pas un problème. La maison est réellement pour 4 personnes (2 lits simples et 1 lit double) mais la propriétaire propose un studio juste à côté pour 2 personnes de plus (idéal pour 2 ados). Attention coût supplémentaire mais raisonnable à prévoir. Donc pour nous une location à recommander pour: - l'environnement très calme - une propriétaire aux petits soins - des prestations de qualité Seul point négatif : pas d'internet et réception 3G très mauvaise dans la maison (à cause de l'épaisseur de murs) .... Une bonne occasion de déconnecter. Sur Mimizan : le village est coupé en deux. Vous avez Mimizan plage d'un côté avec bars, restaurants et plage. Le coin est plutôt touristique mais les plages restent agréables. Vous avez enfin le village historique qui comporte quelques magasins de qualité. Pour les fruits et légumes, un passage chez Popaul le primeur est obligatoire. Un point négatif : L'usine à papier qui se trouve non loin du village historique et qui sent le chou de Bruxelles. C'est désagréable quand on passe à côté. Pour compenser, l'usine se visite ..... cela peut être un plan B s'il pleut.
