This is a lovely house with truly spectacular views. We enjoyed watching the sunset out on the deck, and then seeing the stars come out. One thing I didn't realize was that one of the bedrooms/bathrooms is a completely separate unit, only accessible by going outside and down the stairs. That downstairs unit was very sparsely furnished (no nightstands by the bed, just lamps sitting on the floor), and it has a large jacuzzi tub but no shower. Huge window with a comfy cushioned window seat though. The upstairs bedroom is actually a loft, completely open and visible from the living area. The bathroom area has walls that do not completely connect to the very tall ceiling, so the noises of someone using the toilet are a bit more noticeable.
I mention these things just to help anyone who might be planning a trip with kids who would not want to be separated by two locked outside doors and a set of stairs, or anyone who might want more privacy in the main living area. I was there with my two best friends for a girls' weekend, and we had a fantastic time. The couch and beds were comfortable, everything was very clean, and we liked all the unique architectural details. The host was easy to communicate with, and the check in/check out process was exceptionally simple.
