In a landscaped garden, terraced house of 125 m2 equipped for 8 people, ideal for holidays with family or friends.
Living room of around 48m2 (reversible air conditioning) with fitted kitchen.
The kitchen consists of a dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, 2 coffee makers (1 with pod and 1 with filter), a toaster, a kettle, a fridge-freezer)

Het is een heerlijk huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Het heeft airco, (niet in de slaapkamers beneden). Een oven, magnetron, vaatwasser, inductiekookplaat. 2 balkons waar je heerlijk kunt ontbijten en dineren. Keuze of je in de zon of in de schaduw wilt, door ligging van balkons.Een Weber gasbarbecue in de tuin beneden. Een zwembad met trappetjes en zitgedeelte. Een overkapping en parasol voor als je in de schaduw wilt met je ligbed.Ook is er een petanque baan, en schommels.Het enige nadeel vonden wij de steentjes rondom het zwembad, die doen pijn aan je voeten. Een paar platte stapstenen zouden dit op kunnen lossen. En we misten een bijzettafeltje bij het zwembad.Verder hebben we echt ontzettend genoten van het huis, de tuin en het zwembad. De eigenaren wonen ook op het terrein, maar hebben we alleen bij aankomst en vertrek gezien. Dus je hebt wel veel privacy.Tip: Op 8 min rijden is er een leuk klimpark Oxygène voor groot en klein.

We hebben een mooie vakantie gehad in Malaucène. Goede uitvalsbasis aan de voet van de Ventoux Bij aankomst hartelijk ontvangen door de gastvrouw die ons ens onze hond hartelijk welkom heette met een korte rondleiding en lekkere wijn en dekentje en handdoek voor de hond Verbl

Prima verblijf, meer een appartement dan een huis, met een fijn zwembad. Is enigzins overgewaardeerd. Airco alleen in woonkamer. Niet overal insectenhorren in slaapkamers. Grotendeels scherp halogeenlicht toegepast in en om de woning. Bedden niet opgemaakt bij aankomst. Zeer korte onpersoonlijke ontvangst met weinig uitleg, niemand gezien bij verlaten van de woning.

Désolée que notre gite n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Peut-être n'avez vous pas pris connaissance des photos et du détail de l'annonce, dans lequel il est stipulé que la climatisation réversible se trouve dans la pièce principale. Effectivement, la barrière de la langue génère une difficulté pour la communication mais pourtant dans l'annonce je ne mentionne pas parler une langue étrangère, c'est pour cela que j'ai créé un guide de bienvenu et d'informations utiles qui est traduit en Anglais et Allemand mais il mérite peut être d'y ajouter une traduction en Néerlandais... Je comprends que faire le lit n'est pas forcément confortable lorsqu'on a fait de la route mais le nettoyage du linge de maison (draps et serviettes de toilette)est confié à un pressing et c'est par souci d'hygiène qu'il n'est pas retiré de son emballage désolée pour ce désagrément . Malgré cela j'espère sincèrement que vous avez pu apprécier notre région et vous remercie d'avoir séjourner chez nous. Patricia

Wunderbar! Ganz tolle Location, schöne Umgebung in einem Dorf, welches keine Wünsche übrig lässt. Der Pool war aber nicht bereit, was im April normalerweise eigentlich aufgeführt werden sollte. Man hätte aber auch fragen können…

C'est un plaisir de savoir que vous avez aimé notre région. Il est vrai que vous avez eu un temps magnifique pendant votre séjour et je comprends votre regret de ne pas avoir pu vous baigner. Comme je vous l'ai dit , la mise en route de notre piscine est prévue pour le mois de mai. Nous attendons la fin des périodes de gel .L'annonce ne mentionne pas que la piscine est service en avril. Je serai ravie de vous accueillir à nouveau pendant une autre période afin que vous puissiez profitez pleinement de la piscine et poursuivre la découverte de notre région, où il y a tant de belles choses à découvrir. Een zalig huis in een prachtige omgeving

Wij hebben ( mijn man en onze twee zonen 19j en 21 j) enorm genoten van dit verblijf. Bij aankomst stond een vriendelijke gastvrouw ons al op te wachten. Het huis was kraaknet en van alle voorzieningen voorzien. Onze oudste zoon had zelfs een hele verdieping voor hem alleen. De bedden waren gedekt, alhoewel dit eigenlijk niet zo zou zijn. er waren ook handdoeken voorzien. De twee terrassen waren een meerwaarde en het zwembad was zalig en goed onderhouden. De gastvrouw kwam zelfs tijdens ons verblijf met een flesje wijn en een aperitiefhapje. De streek rond Malaucène is prachtig. Onze baterijen zijn terug opgeladen. Het was top en ook jullie zijn top.

un séjour magnifique

Nous avons été hyper bien accueilli par Patricia, et puis ensuite, on a fait connaissance avec Pierre et toute leur petite famille. Nous avons rencontré des personnes hypers gentilles , à l'écoute, cherchant à nous aider le plus possible. On s'est senti de suite bien. Le gîte est incroyable, au calme avec un coin piscine génial et d'une propreté à toutes épreuves. On y retourne, çà c'est sûr. La région est magnifique.
