Large architect-designed villa of 160 m2 10 minutes from Avignon, not overlooked, with a beautiful shaded terrace overlooking a magnificent landscaped garden of 2800 m2 planted with pines and olive trees. Neat decoration, three bedrooms, all air-conditioned, each one on a terrace, towels and household linen provided. Billiards, wifi.
A very nice pool area with pool house and sunbathing. The swimming pool has a submerged beach ideal for lounging lying in the water with a view of the hill and the pines.
Ping pong table . Calm environment.
Ideally placed to discover Avignon and its surroundings as well as the Pont du Gard, Nîmes and Uzés.
One hour's drive from the sea and beaches, Mont Ventoux, near the Luberon and the Alpilles.

Beautiful location

The perfect family holiday

It was our first trip away with our son (8 months) and we had the most wonderful time in the house. The hosts were so accommodating organising a cot and high chair for our baby. As well as tips on restaurants near by. The house was immaculate and had everything you need for a wonderful family time. We loved dining outdoors, the swimming pool and the beautiful garden. We enjoyed watering the plants! The town centre is only a short walk and we went every morning to the Boulangerie. Thank you for such a wonderful stay, in such a beautiful home.

You can't get it any better ...

The house is amazing, we can't recommend it highly enough. Comfortable, very stylish and well-equipped. We loved the pool and the huge garden. We ate all our meals on the shady terrace. Watering the plants was a pleasure! The location is ideal, really peaceful at the end of a lane but only a short drive into the village of Pujaut with co-op bakery and supermarket. Gérard is the kind of host we like. A warm welcome, a brief intro to the essentials. A house where everything works! Available on the phone if we had any queries (we didn't call, but exchanged a few WhatsApps regarding bins!) We used the house as a base for cycling, there are lots of great cycling routes very nearby. Highly recommend cycling on the voie verte from Beaucaire to Pont du Gard.

En fantastisk perle i Provence

Vi havde 10 fantastiske dage i dette skønne hus. Fin kommunikation med udlejer gennem hele ferien. Åben og glad værtinde. Smuk beliggenhed i en lille by tæt på Avignon. Skønt hus. Lækker pool og fantastiske faciliteter. Absolut et besøg værd og helt sikkert et sted man kunne besøge igen :-)

Super sejour dans une location très confortable

Belle maison tout confort ou nous avons bien profité de nos vacances en famille. La piscine est grande et agréable. Très bon accueil des propriétaires (merci pour les boissons d’accueil après un long voyage !). Mention spéciale également pour les parents des propriétaires qui ont chaleureusement géré notre accueil et notre séjour en nous donnant des conseils de visites que nous avons suivi. Absolute Ruhe vor den Toren Avignon’s

Maison climatisée avec équipement de qualité a part le barbecue . Grande piscine avec 4 transats très confortable sans vis à vis. Très bonne vacance à recommander Seul bémol le chemin d accès à la propriété n est pas débroussaillée ce qui entraîne des micro rayures sur la voiture
