Logement ne correspond pas à la photo, c'est une passoire thermique impropre à la location hivernale

Nous avons quitté le logement après seulement 3 nuits (11degres la nuit !!) Un mail demandant une remise commerciale pour 4 jours manquants avec des photos et thermomètre indiquant la température vous à été envoyé sans réponse de votre part. Merci par avance pour votre réponse, C'est inadmissible de loger dans de telles conditions, il est impératif de faire le nécessaire. Nous comptons sur votre professionnalisme pour nous dédommager de ce séjour. Cordialement.
