We've owned this gem for 7 years. With our family home nextdoor, we couldn't resist buying this property from its original owners when it became available 40 years after it was originally built. This house is cool and has character, well taken care of with huge private deck. Special place.
Why they chose this property
Residential street in Ocean Bay Park away from the 'party' end of this community. OBP is one of Fire Island's relaxed communities, yet Michigan St is 1 block from quiet Seaview so this location gives the best of both worlds.
What makes this property unique
Designed and built by one of Cartier's lead buyers, this house is a beautifully kept time capsule. It has incredible character with all the comforts of home, and a private deck perfectly situated for Fire Island's sun.
