While it offers a half bathroom on the 1st floor, additional interior stairs are required to access the bedrooms on the 2nd floor - Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is by the front door, facing the outdoor entry. Camera 2 is a floodlight camera above the garage facing the driveway. Camera 3 is by the back door, facing the entryway and part of the back deck. They do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. For added safety, camera 4 is by the pool, facing the pool area. It continuously records video and sound - The fireplace is not available for guest use - A waiver is required to use the pool

Our host, Lauren, was very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The house had everything we needed for our stay. They even plowed the driveway when we got snow.

A great place!
We had a lot of fun at the property! The backyard is fantastic for any activities and the pool is very well designed. Overall, a very enjoyable place!

We had a very enjoyable stay. The house was stocked with everything you would need.It was clean and neat.This house has lot of character. Idefinitely stay here again
The property was clean and just a described. We had a family trip to visit relatives. There were 7 adults and a 3 year old. The added toys in the room with 2 twin beds was an unexpected surprise! Last minute we were able to add a dog to the trip. All in all we had a comfortable stay. Would. not hesitate to recommend to other travelers.

This was the perfect home to share with our family. My wife and I booked this vacation rental for our two sons, their wives, and our three young grandchildren (ages 4, 3, and almost 3). The house was the ideal size—plenty of bedrooms, lots of open space, and all the modern conveniences we needed.We loved the large property and, of course, the pool, which the kids especially enjoyed. While we spent a lot of time exploring the area and visiting Long Island’s beautiful beaches (a first for our daughters-in-law and grandchildren), the home itself provided a wonderful place to relax and enjoy quality time together.Lauren, our host, was in constant contact and very helpful throughout our stay. the extra touches in the house was so sweet, directions how to use all the TV's and the toys left for the children to play with. It was a great vacation, and we would definitely do it again.
