Beach house Davis Park, Fire Island

Beautiful Bay View, Davis Park rental house, steps to cove like area of Great South Bay and just a short walk to Davis Park Beach. Come relax at our 5 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom + outdoor shower, screened porch beach house. Sleeps 10. Easily accessible from the Patchogue ferry or by private boat (either dock at the Davis Park Marina or anchor your boat in the Bay). Fully equipped kitchen, all beach equipment and water toys included, just bring your flip flops. Davis Park also boasts a great bar and restaurant (The Casino), a snack shop, and a convenience store which is all a short walk from the house.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please wash sheets & towels prior to checking out & place sheets on respective beds. Laundry detergent will be provided
Please make sure all garbage is bagged & placed in garbage pails out front of property with bungee cord locks closed so that critters do not get into the garbage.
Please place all recyclable bottles & cans in recycle pail provided on back deck. Owner will take care of recycling them
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please place all garbage in black trash bags provided; secure in pails in front of house for Tuesday, Friday pickup.
Strip all beds, wash sheets and towels prior to check out. Place sheets on all coordinating beds. Remove all food from refrigerator broom sweep floors
Absolutely no smoking 🚭 in or around premises of the house, NO PARTIES! House is to be left in the same condition it was found in.
