ALL NEW IN 2023: THE BASICS: new shiplap walls, vaulted ceilings throughout, new hardwood oak flooring, new plumbing, new electric, new on-demand water heater, and new FIOS Wi-Fi. THE ROOMS: new larger great room, new larger bathroom with 5 foot shower, and new larger air-conditioned bedrooms--one with queen bed and two with 2 twin beds. THE EXTERIOR: new siding, all new windows, new roof, new deck, new walks and new screened porch.
The living area has a large table with seating for 10, a bar with butcher block top and stools, flat screen smart TV, and AC plus heat. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs: new solid wood cabinets, new stove, new fridge, and new drinks fridge. The child-friendly back deck, all new in 2021, is accessible from the front and the back, and has an outdoor shower, new gas grill, lounge chairs and picnic table. New in 2020: full sized washer and dryer located in the small shed--linens and towels are now provided.
Ideally located on Center Walk between Beach Plum and Pepperidge Walks, you are just four houses from the ocean and two houses from the bay. Our bay access on Pepperidge Walk features a unique sandy beach--great for small children. The cottage is surrounded by full grown trees providing both shade and privacy. This house is ideal for a family or mature adults. MUST BE 30 OR OLDER TO RENT. NO SMOKING. NO PETS, RENTAL FOR A MINIMUM OF 1 WEEK.

RENTAL DETAILS: Turnover day is Friday--no exceptions. Check in Friday 4:00 pm. Check out Friday 11:30 am--penalty for late check out.. $400 Security deposit required. Cleaning by professional cleaning service provided BUT house must be left as found. Guests are expected to wash, fold and place linens and towels on each bed before checking out.

This house was all new in 2023! The new white shiplap walls, exposed vaulted ceilings and new hardwood oak floors make the house feel brighter and larger. Also unique are the new screened-in front porch, the proximity to great beaches on both the bay and the ocean, and the many paintings of shore scenes throughout the house. We use this house ourselves so the kitchen is very well equipped for all your cooking needs.
