Stay in beautiful Stony Brook at this charming 1-bedroom cottage situated in a quiet neighborhood. Just a 15-20 walk (or quick drive) to enchanting Stony Brook Village; The Yacht Club, Stony Beach and Stony Brook University.
Short 5 minute drive to West Meadow Beach. 90 Minute drive or train ride from New York City or Hamptons.

-Kitchenette with sink, small refrigerator, toaster and microwave (classes, plates and utencils)
- Nespresso Vertuo Coffee Machine (3 - 4 pods per day provided & coffee mate creamer); Electric Tea Kettle (tea provided)
-Sitting area with gas fireplace
-Small sofa with comfortable pull-out twin bed
-TV with access to Sling cable stations & ability to stream from preferred apps
