Cozy 2-Bedroom Apartment – Private Entry, Full Kitchen & Bath

Welcome to our peaceful and private 2-bedroom apartment located on the first floor of a two-family home. This unit is completely separate from the upstairs living space (where we reside) and has its own private side entrance for your convenience.

🛏️ The Space Includes:
• Two comfortable bedrooms with fresh linens and ample closet space
• A bright, open-concept kitchen and living area – perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals
• A full private bathroom with towels and essentials provided
• High-speed Wi-Fi for remote work or streaming
• Driveway parking on the left side of the house with easy access through the white side gate

We do not share any indoor space – your apartment is fully private. You’ll have the entire downstairs level to yourself.

Please note: I live upstairs with my family, so I’m available if you need anything, but we always respect your privacy.

2 bedroom basement apartment/playroom

The property seems to be the bottom floor/playroom of the property. It does have two bedrooms which were clean but everything was old and outdated. The fireplace had children’s toys lining the front of it and we could not figure out how to light it. It did have a big beautiful television which worked nicely, a kitchen that was nicely stocked however when we looked in the fridge the previous resident (her son) left his takeout food. The backyard is definitely large, has a fire pit and would be a treat for anyone with kids. Every wall in the dining area, living room and hallway obviously had been drawn on by a child in crayon. When we met the owner she was very pleasant and quick to act when we had a problem with our door lock. Overall, the property was perfectly suited for what we needed it for but not quite what we expected for the cost.

I apologize for any areas that fell short of your expectations, especially regarding the condition of the apartment and leftover items in the fridge. To clarify, this is not a basement or a playroom, but a first-floor apartment. The fireplace inside the house was off because it's summer, and we typically don't use it during this season. I appreciate your understanding about the toys and the crayon drawings, as we do try to accommodate families with children. I'll ensure these concerns are addressed promptly to improve future experiences. Thank you again for your honest review.
