About this property

This house sits just a few hundred feet from Moriches Bay on a peaceful 3/4 of an acre. The town is lovely in all seasons but really comes alive in the summer. Enjoy the relaxing scenery by the water without all the traffic of the Hamptons. The property boasts a newly constructed deck, 40x20 foot pool, bluestone pool patio, custom copper outdoor shower and plenty of outdoor space to relax. A local beach is a five minute drive away, and you have easy access to both the Hamptons and the North Fork. Ask for recommendations on local restaurants, farm stands, and more!

Please note the pool is only open to renters between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Just like home!

Just had a lovely stay at this Center Moriches home with family. Our family not only stayed here, but hosted our Thanksgiving meal with extended family. The kitchen and dining room were just what we needed! The entire place is beautiful, just as in the photos, but the rooms are larger in person than they show in the pictures. To top it all off, the host is wonderful, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect!

Amazing house in Central Moriches

My family really enjoyed our stay this summer. The pool was gorgeous and the house was very clean with comfortable beds. It is located in a convenient location close to playgrounds and beaches as well as supermarkets and farm stands. Mary was very nice and responded quickly to our questions.

I will be back!

This is the second year in a row that I have stayed here and I have every intention of returning again next year. Everything is well maintained. It is fully equipped, beautifully decorated and the pool is wonderful. Mary is easy to communicate with and very responsive which us key when renting properties.
