This beautiful house is easy walking distance to Lake Junaluska, 3 miles to Maggie Valley, 5 miles to downtown Waynesville, 30 minutes to Asheville and 40 minutes to the Tennessee border. We have just completely renovated this adorable 3 bedroom, 2 bath home and it is ready for guests! Enjoy the lake and pool amenities during the summer, take a quick drive to Catalochee Ski Resort in the winter, drive or hike the Blue Ridge Parkway to enjoy the spectacular Fall foliage, or just enjoy the peace and quiet in front of the outdoor fire pit or indoor wood burning fireplace! This home is ideal for families, friends, or romance! House-trained, well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval of the owners and with a $50 non-refundable pet cleaning fee. No cats please!
