Beautiful Main Channel Lake View at the Palisades

1600 sq ft 3 bed/3 full baths with amazing views of the main channel at 14 MM!

No bachelor/bachelorette parties! This condo complex will not tolerate loud parties and any inappropriate behavior. If you are coming here to party, keep scrolling and look elsewhere.

We rent to responsible adults and families only. There are many full time residents who does not tolerate loud noise and parties. Violation to condo or Association rules could lead to eviction and high fines if security is called. Palisades security will charge a fee of $500.00 or higher if they are called due to disturbance. You will be responsible for any fines, destruction and other issues.

Quiet hours from 10:00 pm-8:00 am.

Beautiful 3 bedroom condo located at the Palisades complex off Horseshoe Bend! This unit is located in front of the main channel! The complex has been remodeled and is exceptionally maintained with 3 outdoor seasonal pools with the main pool within 100 feet of the front door.
This spacious 3 bed/3 bath with 1600 sq ft is a fully furnished and only a 1/2 flight down from the parking lot! The master bedroom has a king size bed with a large master bath suite and with a view of the lake. One guest bedroom has King bed and the other guest bedroom has a queen bed and all bedrooms are fully furnished with linens. Beach towels are provided for pool and lake use. Spacious open floor plan with breakfast bar as well as dining room table. The kitchen is fully equipped for your total convenience and entertainment! Walk out of the living room to your own balcony complete with seating, grill and awesome view of main channel! Other amenities include dishwasher, and washer and dryer. Also included is internet and cable TV.
The unit is conveniently located on Horseshoe Bend Parkway and very close to Dining, Shopping, Golf, Nightlife activities, and the Bagnell Dam Strip!
Come and stay in our amazing Palisades condo and enjoy a vacation that you and your family will remember for years to come.

There is one assigned parking spot for this condo and guest parking spaces are located close. No trailer parking available and no boat slip but could possibly find boat slip to rent at unit.

Our property is smoke free, pet free, and we have a minimum age for rental of 30. No loud noise, loud music and fireworks on deck or on Palisades condo property will be allowed.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am unless otherwise arranged.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo! The location for us was perfect- right on the water and close to Lake Ozark/Osage Beach attractions/ restaurants/golf/shopping/etc. The deck and view of the lake from the condo is also amazing. Amenities in the condo are above & beyond- they have thought of everything! And amenities in this complex are great- 4 pools!!! Very comfortable and clean. Communication with owners was superb and felt prepared for arrival/check-in/checkout. I just can't say enough great things about this place! We hope to return!

Beautiful and comfortable

So welcoming! My family and I stayed here a couple of nights to enjoy the outdoors and escape everyday hectic life, and had a great time. There is a great view of the lake and bridge out of the wall of windows in the living room or sitting out on the deck. The couches are very comfortable and the blackout curtains are much better than blinds. There is plenty of seating, whether eating in the dining room or on the deck or enjoying a movie in the living room. There is a small selection of games and cards that we enjoyed playing (usually on the deck) and really appreciated the binoculars to get a better view of the passing boats. All the bedrooms had comfortable beds, I loved that all had ceiling fans and that the lights are dimmable. There were enough towels for everyone and hand soap was provided, a big plus considering we are more conscientious now. There is a reserved parking space next to the half a flight of stairs to the entrance, making it very convenient to unload and load belongings and great to know your space will be there when you return from an outing. We cooked and ate all of our meals in the condo and had everything we needed – grill, cookware, dishes, a dishwasher, coffee pot…all the same conveniences as home. Understandably, the trash bins are at the TOP of the hill at the entrance, so we just remembered to take it with us when we drove somewhere. There are two pools located very close but not in view from the deck – a plus for me. The provided key card allows access to pool and nearby restrooms. The information provided by owners prior to our arrival and the instruction book on the counter were spot on. We had a little trouble with the thermostat, none of us were familiar with one that programs (we still have the old fashion kind) and the book did not address how to make program adjustments, but we were finally able to figure it out and were comfortable. We look forward to returning to your beautiful home.

Great View

This condo was very clean and cute! Had everything we needed and had an awesome view! I liked that it was a gated area felt safe! The only thing was in the picture looked like a keurig machine so I brought K-cups but it was a regular coffee pot so had to go buy coffee and one of the bedrooms had no tv and the other one had a tv with a cable box but did not work small stuff to complain about the positives definitely outweigh the negatives
