Lovely screened porch and private back yard, 10 minutes walk to beach, quiet neighborhood,

We especially liked the screened porch and lovely private back yard and garden. We also enjoyed a daily 10 minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet - little traffic. Kim was easy to work with. Kitchen was well equipped.

Our Florida Vacation

Excellent visit. Home is very nice and clean. The homeowner was very helpful. The house is well located near Vanderbilt Beach. Also close to most needed shopping stores. The only regret was having to leave a couple of days early due to the virus.

Perfect Retreat

My husband and I rented this property for a month. It was perfect for us. Unlike a previously rented property in North Naples, this one was fully equipped. I was hard pressed to find a kitchen item it didn't have (one thing not there was an ice cream scoop, which I bought and is there now), and there were plenty of beach items (chairs, umbrellas, etc.). The second bedroom had a Murphy bed, which has more of a sofa bed mattress. The house was clean, well maintained and convenient to the beach and every store you could think of. The owner met us there when we checked in, and was very nice and very responsive to any inquiries. We loved the lanai and the yard, although small, was very private. The neighborhood was quiet and we met a couple of the neighbors, who were very friendly. We will definitely rent here again!

Very Pleasant stay in North Naples

March 2019 This property is perfect for 2 -4 guests! It’s cozy, very clean and well equipped with every imaginable thing you may require for your stay. Enjoy the screened in lanai with nice patio furniture and overhead fan, or relax in the lovely landscaped yard. Location is excellent, 24 miles from RSW Ft Myers airport via I-75 S and less than 1 mile to Vanderbilt Beach from the house. Great morning exercise walk to the beach or just to enjoy the beach activities offered. Plenty of beach parking available also. Many grocery stores, shopping areas and great restaurants nearby, some within walking distance; across the street from the Mercato shops and restaurants The owner, Kim, met us at the home when we arrived and provided a tour and home instructions. She’s responsive and very pleasant to work with. Nothing but good things to say about the property and owner, we highly recommend!

Wonderfully prepared and organized, convenient location, walked to beach

Everything was wonderful,and wonderfully prepared and set in order for us at Kim's house, for which she deserves excellent kudos and appreciation. The house is well-laid out, spacious inside, and has been ideal for the two of us and our two guests. Kim is charming and very well organized, and we were please to spend a while with her on our arrival, while she showed us her house. She covered everything -- and more! Everything was well ordered and very comfortable, with lots of space for staying out of each other's hair! Walked to the beach, and to Mercato shops. (Whole foods is just at the end of the street, and there's a coffee shop in Mercato, a cinema / movie theatre, a pub, a choice of restaurants. -- This is an entirely convenient and excellent location within easy reach of great restaurants, Waterside Shops, Barnes & Noble, and more excellent choices of restaurants. -- Very glad we stayed her over Christmas week this year, and we will gladly be back.
