This conveniently located and oceanfront condo in San Pedro boasts all you need for a comfortable stay! Set in a quiet, upscale neighborhood, this condo boasts comfort with partial ocean views to set the tone for a wonderful stay. The kitchenette provides everything you need to make small meals effectively, plus a prep counter that doubles as a table for two. Partial air conditioning allows for everyone to stay comfortable. Guest amenities include access to a shared pool, beachfront shared palapa, shared charcoal grill, and beach access. The beach is just a short walk away, as are local restaurants and beach bars for fun days in the sun.

Not far from town, great dining close by. The location also had a good pool with cabana for the heat of the day...and great opportunity for beach walks during the cooler times. Tour arrangements right next door.

Quiet & out of town

If you’re looking to get away from the bustle and golf cart noise, this is a good option. The apartment was clean and everything worked. Pool and grounds were very well maintained! Not a ton of food options around, otherwise very pleasant.

A little disappointed

We loved the location of the condo and the overall property, but we were just a bit disappointed in the lack of amenities within the unit. Most beach properties we have used have contained a cooler, beach bag, coffee scoop, deck of cards - just the little things that you don't bring from home in order to go to the beach and/or vacation. But this unit contained none of those little things.

Cute place Not in an upscale neighborhood. It's down a dirt road, past a dump. The road has huge potholes and no light at night. I had to use a butter knife to turn on/off the cold water in the shower. I notified Vacasa 3x... no maintenance done. The day I arrived: there was sand, hair, and pubic hair in my bed. They did bring clean linen the next day. Wifi is descent but not if you use it for online meetings. Cuts out for short periods of time daily (usually less than 15min). But the back yard/beach and pool area was nice.
