Studio Plein Sud village center

Ideally located in the village center of Grand Bornand, with bay window and south-facing terrace with views of the Aravis chain and the Tournette.
The orientation of the terrace allows you to enjoy the garden furniture as soon as the sun appears.
Many restaurants or dishes prepared nearby.
The shuttle stop in front of the building and the bus station at 200m allow you quick access to the ski lifts located at 900m.
The kitchen was completely renovated at the end of 2015 with all the necessary equipment.
The location allows you to do everything without a car during your stay.
You can enjoy your moments of relaxation inside the apartment with the books at your disposal, or in front of a good film (reader of USB keys or DVD), or during a pancake party.
Since 2016 a washing machine is at your disposal to lighten your stay.
For small children, a travel cot and a special baby chair are available.
For skiers, a sports and ski rental shop is located at the foot of the chalet and a closed and individual ski locker is available to store all your equipment.
New in 2017: new 140 * 200cm sofa bed, comfortable and very easy to unfold / fold.

Nous avons passĂ© une trĂšs bonne semaine, le temps Ă©tait magnifique et la rĂ©sidence est tres bien situĂ©e Ă  proximitĂ© des commerces. Le les navettes qui nous emmĂšnent partout mĂȘme Ă  La Clusaz et tout ça gratuitement et Ă  intervalles rĂ©guliers. Nous y retournerons sans problĂšme si notre santĂ©. Appartement tres bien pourvu. Des bouchons doreille sont utiles pour entendre moins les voitures le matin si on a l ouĂŻe fine bien sĂ»r

TrÚs bon séjour dans le village et bien organisé pour skier.

Le séjour s'est trÚs bien passé. L'hébergement est au pied du village et des commodités (commerces de proximités, navettes gratuites pour les stations de ski), et des visites proposées par l'office de tourisme et le trajet est trÚs facile (pas de grandes cÎtes, éclairé). Le plus est la terrasse et le RDC pour cet hébergement. Par ailleurs, tout est trÚs bien expliqué et l'hÎte trÚs réactif. N'hésitez pas. Merci !

cette location a Ă©tait prise pour des vacances skis. il est trĂšs bien situĂ©, la navette pour nous emmener au tĂ©lĂ©cabine se trouve en face de la rĂ©sidence. ce qui est parfait. on est tout prĂȘt du centre (boulangerie, supĂ©rette, cafĂ©, resto) tout peut se faire Ă  pied. quand Ă  l'appartement en lui mĂȘme est bien Ă©quipĂ©, four, micro onde, lave linge, lave vaisselle, raclette.. la literie est correct, et il y a une terrasse vu sur les aravis. juste un petit bemol, pas de wifi. mais nos forfaits passent bien. je recommande cette location

TrÚs bon rapport qualité prix

Nous avons louĂ© dĂ©but fĂ©vrier avant les vacances scolaires. Superbe location, le logement est trĂšs bien amĂ©nagĂ©, avec tous les Ă©quipements nĂ©cessaires (lave-linge, lave vaisselle, etc. ). La vue est chouette. L'arrĂȘt de bus pour aller Ă  la station de ski (10 min) est juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de l'immeuble (la carte d'abonnement Ă©tait fourni avec le logement). Pour les courses, il y a 2 magasins markets dans le village accessibles Ă  pieds. La station est idĂ©ale avec des enfants, car il y a notamment de longues pistes vertes et bleues. Moi qui n'aime pas le ski, j'ai fait un stage de poterie Ă  l'atelier du prunier Ă  Thones. L'Ă©tĂ© l'atelier se fait au grand Bornand. C'est Top ! (ambiance, rĂ©alisation....). Merci Ă  tous pour l'accueil.

TrĂšs agrĂ©able sĂ©jour dans le studio. Le canapĂ©-lit est trĂšs confortable et l’ensemble est fonctionnel. Certains ustensiles pourraient ĂȘtre remplacĂ©s ou ajoutĂ©s, et des vrais verres Ă  vin apprĂ©ciĂ©s 😉. CĂŽtĂ© pratique, la machine Ă  laver et le lave-vaisselle sont un plus. La salle de douche mĂ©riterait aussi une mise Ă  jour (pommeau Ă  attacher et joints Ă  rafraĂźchir), mais la pression et la chaleur en ont Ă©tĂ© trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ©s aprĂšs une bonne journĂ©e de ski. Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© ce mois de mars dans cet appartement et les prestations annoncĂ©es ont Ă©tĂ© respectĂ©es. La terrasse est trĂšs agrĂ©able et trĂšs bien orientĂ©e pour profiter des rayons de soleil. Aussi, l'appartement est bien situĂ© : Ă  5 mn du centre du Grand Bornand, juste en face du meilleur restaurant de la station, et Ă  cĂŽtĂ© d'un arrĂȘt de la navette qui vous emmĂšne sur les pistes ! Juste un bĂ©mol : certains accessoires Ă©taient cassĂ©s ou hors Ă©tat de marche (planche Ă  dĂ©couper fendue et lampe avec ampoule usagĂ©e). Mais Ă  part ces petits dĂ©tails, rien Ă  signaler !

Commerces et restaurants à proximité. TrÚs calme. Vacances de Pùques avec 2 enfants trÚs réussies. Possibilité de louer le studio d'à cÎté pour venir à deux familles.
