THE STORY VILLA is bran new renovated , ultra modern villa .

The brand new STORY villa is located in the prestigious area of Indian creek . This ultra modern villa enjoys the status of being on one of the closest residential community to the magical Walt Disney World, just 3 miles drive to the Walt Disney World front gates.

This spacious villa is ultra modern with all the latest technology and comforts of home. The main living room includes a 65' smart LED TV with 100's of HD channels. WiFi throughout the villa and pool areas. Free unlimited calls to anywhere in the USA and Canada. Gourmet kitchen with Quartz countertops and top of the line brand appliances stainless steel.

High chair, stroller, pack n play are provided.

There is a kitchen nook for casual meals and a formal dining room for entertaining. The laundry room has a brand new, top of the line full size washer and dryer, iron/ironing board.
Two Master Suites with king sized bed and 50 'smart Led TV with ensuite baths and walk-in closets.

Very nice home. Clean! Really enjoyed the pool and spa (our favorite spot) The living room sofa was not what was pictured and the rug wasn’t there. But not a big deal. Owners were very quick with responses. Many essentials provided. We would definitely stay here again!!

I can’t say enough about much we enjoyed our stay. The villa was close to Disney and accommodated our family of 7 perfectly. Each couple and children had their own room which we loved the decorating. We only used the pool/hot tub once during our stay but it was nice as well. My granddaughter loved it. The only problem we had was the ice maker was broken and waiting a part but we were provided ice trays and the sectional couch kept scooting apart when we sat on it. The management company was very friendly and very accommodating to our needs. I would definitely stay again.

Spacious homebase for our girls trip

This house was exactly as advertised. We loved how well stocked and clean it was. The location was convenient to all the Disney parks. The host was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions right away. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location for all the parks

This was a great location and great size home for my family. We had plenty of space and after a long day had the pool and hot tub to unwind. I highly recommend this house. It also has a fence around the pool so small children cannot go near it. I was extremely pleased with everything.

I stayed at this property with my husband and our three kids. We all loved the pool, the house was very clean and conveniently located. My son, who is 6 feet tall, did complain that the bed was too small but other than that it was the perfect stay for us. We would love to stay there again!

I loved the property

Our stay was perfect! The house is located just a few miles from the parks, it is in a nice neighborhood, has plenty of space inside for a family of 8, has a nice, covered pool area, and the list goes on. I have nothing bad to say about it at all. Thank you for offering such a nice option at an affordable price. When we come back, we will stay with you again.

Family Disney vacation

We stayed here for a family Disney/Universal vacation. Property was close to parks and convenient to stores and restaurants. Easy arrival and clear instructions from homeowners. Home was as nice/nicer than pictured. We used the pool several days and it was relaxing. We did not use heat as it was august and was plenty warm. Loved seeing the geckos outside! Not an abundance of kitchen cookware but we were hardly there for meals so we had plenty for what we needed. A couple of bugs but hey it’s Florida! Would recommend and would stay again! Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Family Vacation

The story is as advertised online, it was such a beautiful home we enjoyed it very much! My family of 7 which included my parents, my sister, brother, and my husband and daughter and myself. Plenty of room for everyone. Beds were very comfortable and clean. TV in every room. The washer and dryer were perfect since we were there for a week were able to do our own so we didn't have to pack as much. The pool area was huge and we used it ALOT! If you have a bigger family this will be a great place. Will definetly recommend to anyone we know coming down this way. And will stay again if we ever come back to Florida. The only thing we said could of been better was the garage where the game room was, was very warm.(But understandable with the Florida heat)

Great location

The property came as advertised and our commute to the Disney parks was very quick - about 10 to 15 minutes park depending. Universal properties were about 30 minutes as expected. The layout of the 3 adult bedrooms was great. They were spaced out well and each had their own bathroom. The pool and hot tub was great to have. My son and I enjoyed them quite a bit. I deducted 1 star from the overall rating because this is the first VRBO property I have rented that had absolutely zero basic supplies like salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil, vegetable oil. It was also the only property we have rented that did not come with wine glasses. So as a parting gift we left 2 stemless wine glasses and 4 stemless champagne glasses. Again this property met our primary goal of being close to Disney, was clean, and thoughtfully laid out for our party of 5. You just may want to pack a few basic food items if you are planning on cooking so you do not have to buy everything when you arrive.

Why they chose this property

Indian Creek, is a very attractive and tranquil residential community. It is just 5 minutes away from Disney World's main gate, 15 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios, plus you can also discover the many nearby Gulf and Atlantic costal attractions (e.g. Busch Gardens; Kennedy Space Center, and a wide variety of other recreational activities, such as golfing and fishing). For those who love to shop, the house is just 10 minutes away from many great outlet malls. Additionally, there is a large plaza offering many restaurants, various shops and a 24hr grocery store, located in the corner of 192.

What makes this property unique

The close proximity to the Disney World theme parks makes it very practical. You can go to the parks as soon as they open, and then as the crowd begins to grow (and temperatures go up), you can go back home, which is only 10 minutes away, and enjoy the pool, have a regular lunch (which is far much cheaper) and maybe even a nap! Then as the daytime crowd begins to fade, return to the parks (reenter is free) and see the parade, action, and fireworks in the cool of the evening!
