We easily walked from the apartment to Bourbon Street to spend a few hours before we left on our cruise the next day! Excellent location and enjoyed our stay!!! Very nice property!!

Very clean and new looking condo. Only 15-20 minute walk to French Quarter. The gym in the complex needs to be fixed though.

Cute, very updated condo. Felt very safe there due to looked door on entrance of building. Short walk to Bourbon St or can also take streetcar. Would definitely rent this condo again

Nice room and close to French quarter!

The listing was 100% what we got for the room. The pictures were all true and the room was really nice! Loved the big bathroom. And the location, it was 5 minutes from the French quarter and i walked everywhere from bourbon street to the street car stops. And it was a few minutes for a few different restaurants.

Excellent in-town condo

The condo was great for walking everywhere. The kitchen has minimal supplies so thankfully we always travel with a box of kitchen supplies. The bathroom needs more towel racks. There’s not enough racks for two people.

The kitchen, while beautifully clean was lacking mixing bowls and any baking dishes. It just had some cheap pots and pans.

Efficient and clean.

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The one problem we had was identifying the entrance and unloading zone (very small area). The noise from the street was very audible in the living room and kitchen area. It does not help that the condo was a block or two from Tulane Hospital.

Overall, the stay was good and the location was walking distance from many of our activities and main strips like bourbon st. It would be better if you could talk to someone directly whether in leasing office or direct phone # about questions we had during our stay. Only communication was the main customer service number for Hosteeva ( the property ) .
