Experience Kona as you stay at our Kona Pacific Condo, located minutes from town, and many amenities. The condo sleeps up to 4, is fully equipped and turnkey, hoping to make your stay comfortable. No car is necessary if you are planning to stay in Historic Kailua Village. Shuttles, buses, Uber and Taxis are available. You may also choose to rent a vehicle to further explore the island -Volcano National Park, Waimea-Paniolo country, Waipio Lookout, amazing beaches, and so much more.
The condo has one large bedroom with King size bed and ensuite bathroom. A sleeper sofa is provided in the Living room area, allowing a sleeping area for 2 additional guests. The condo was updated with white Shaker cabinets, Quartzite counters, glass backsplash, laminate flooring. An air mattress or Pack and Play are available upon request. Bathrooms have been re-tiled with washer and dryer in unit.
Window AC units in bedroom and Living area allow moments to cool down after being in the warm Kona sun.
There is one assigned parking space, with additional street parking.
Enjoy the lovely pool, equipped with BBQ,'s and reading area. You may even have a glimpse of the ocean as you enjoy the pool amenities. The pool is accessed with key provided to the quest.
You will find Basic toiletries and starters to jumpstart your stay.
Access to the condo is by stairs located under the garage, or via elevators.
*Please note that our condo sits above the garage and you will hear the gate opening and closing In addition, you will hear noise on the Kuakini Hwy side during busy hours. The lanai faces Kuakini Hwy with Mountain in the background.
NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND/NO DRUGS IN UNIT OR COMPLEX-MAHALO!

Tavlers may access the condo via the elevator, however we regret that the condo is not wheelchair accessible. The pool may be accessed.

The property met expectations. There were some water supplies that were available for use that made it easier for us to enjoy the sunny beach days. The location is great! It is close to the boardwalk and there’s many restaurants and stores walking distance. Gladys was very welcoming and checked in on us.

Property was in excellent condition and well stocked and well equipped kitchen. Bed was very comfortable, the couch is a bit tired but fine. Somewhat noisy with the road and electric gate, but otherwise great location and the pool and BBQ area were great. All in all very good. Gladys was very easy to deal with. We’d stay again. Larry
Gladys was an amazing host! She made sure we checked in safely and had everything we needed. It was a cozy condo. We got to bring breakfast foods and make breakfast. I am also pumping for my baby and thought it was so helpful to not have to keep my milk in a cooler. When we walked to Ali’I drive it was not but less than10 min away. We loved it and told a bunch of friends and family, who will be booking here also

Not quite what I expected
The location is good. It's walking distance to Coconut Grove area (on Ali'i Drive) that has restaurants & shops.Tried to use the dishwasher to clean dishes before using, but it had a rank smell & there was old food on the bottom. Contacted prop mgr and she had someone come out the next day to clean it out.This is an older unit. It has a washer/dryer in the unit but the washer rim has mildew. Bathrooms don't have towel bars (only a couple of hooks in the kitchen bathroom and 1 hook in the master bath). Because of the humidity, it's hard to have dry towels if they're hanging on a hook.A/C units are old window mounted units. They cool off the condo but are quite loud. Also, since the unit is right above the gate, you hear it opening/closing quite a bit. The curtains in the living room are sheer which allows light from the next door building shine through.If you happen to be sleeping on the sofa pull out in the living room and are a light sleeper, the light may bother you like it did for me.The parking stall was a bit difficult to locate. The numbers are in the stall but they're not all in numeric order and the stall number we had was not clearly marked as it had some asphalt covering a portion of it.Tip: Condo has an elevator, but the unit is way on the other end of the building so it's faster to take the stairs to get to the unit. There is also a trash chute next to the elevator.
