A kitchen equipped with a gas stove (oven and hob), microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker and a Nespresso (small capsules). A laundry room with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
A bedroom with 1 single bed and its bathroom. A separate toilet.
Upstairs, a bedroom with 1 160 cm bed and cupboard and its adjoining bathroom, two bedrooms each with 1 140 cm bed and cupboard, a bedroom with 2 90 cm beds and cupboard and a fifth bedroom with a 90 cm bed and cupboard, opening onto a large terrace. Bathroom, separate WC.
Outside, you will benefit from a large terrace with its furniture and its plancha.
A fully enclosed sloping garden, possibility of parking two cars in the driveway.
