Refurbished 2025- 2 bathroom with toilet.
Ideally located in the Golf d'Hossegor triangle, an ideal marine lake for
children and the Port of Capbreton. It is close to all sports, golf, gym, skate park, cinema and entertainment. Accessible by bike or
safely on foot. It is quiet in a residential area,
between the pines, the pool and the sand.

We lend a baby cot if necessary (at the top of the closet).
A beautiful wooden terrace (Deck) outside surrounded by the dune and
pine trees will allow you to have your breakfast, lunch and dinner in a
pleasant atmosphere and not overlooked. You can enjoy the swimming pool
and come and dry yourself on the deck chairs or choose to stay read
around the pool with a view of the treetops. The house is very good
equipped with appliances and other supplies necessary for a family.
Everything is new in the house. 2 toilets with walk-in shower. We leave tea towels, dishwashing products, sponges available.
We will welcome you at the entrance and departure.

Enjoyable stay in Capbreton

We had a very nice stay in this charming house with a shared swimming pool. It is nicely located next to the woods. The house is fully equiped and has good sleeping facilities with airco. It is a 10 minute bike trip to the beach or the villages of Capbreton/Hossegor. We enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful weeks!

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy and quiet house a lot.We had everything we needed and Aurelie was a charming and helpful landlady. Thanks to the bicycle we used the car only for big grocery shopping and cycled everywhere- that was fun. We hope to be back next year.

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig direkt am Wald. Um das Haus herum sind mehrere Sitz- / Liegemöglichkeit. Je nach Vorliebe hat man immer Sonne oder Schatten. Aurelie hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und sich um alles gekümmert wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in den 2 Wochen. Vielen Dank an Aurelie für den tollen Aufenthalt in Capbreton.

Ein schöner Urlaub in einem gepflegten und sehr gut ausgestatten Haus

Ein sehr gut ausgestattes Haus mit Terrasse an drei Seiten des Hauses und schöner Bepflanzung. Es erfordert etwas Aufwand den guten Zustand aufrecht zu erhalten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Entscheidung nie bereut. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut und freundlich.

Lovely small house situated in a great area

Really nice house with shared pool, although a little cool ! Great location between Capbreton and Hossegor in easy reach by foot or bike . Bikes were supplied which added a great dimension to the holiday! Could have done with some AC on the hot days but fans were supplied!
