### Grandma's Suite — Private One-Bedroom Apartment in Juneau

Enjoy the convenience of having your own private apartment while staying in the Mendenhall Valley. Grandma's Suite is a separate accessory apartment attached to a remodeled Tudor-style home, offering a private bedroom, private bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and sitting space.

The suite is ideal for one or two guests. An additional guest may be accommodated upon request. Pets are welcome with approval and an additional $30 nightly fee plus applicable taxes.

### Apartment Features

The private bedroom includes a queen-sized bed with reading lights, dresser, nightstand, TV, and walk-in closet.

The apartment has its own exterior entrance and porch, with a designated parking space directly in front.

Pets are welcome upon approval. A pet fee of $30 per pet, per night applies. Please note that Expedia's booking system (or other affiliated channels) may not collect the pet fee at checkout. If you are traveling with a pet and the fee is not included in your reservation total, we will collect it separately after booking. By booking with a pet, you acknowledge and agree to this additional fee. For extended stays, please inquire about monthly pet rates. Pet fees help offset the additional cleaning and maintenance required to keep our pet-friendly properties clean and comfortable for all guests. Pets are not permitted inside the main house.

### Check-In

Self check-in allows for convenient arrival, including later arrivals. Lockbox instructions will be provided a few days before your stay.

Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Early arrival and late departure may be available for an additional fee depending on availability.

This accessory apartment was built in the early 1990s for Great Grandma McBride. It has a private entrance and porch while remaining connected to the larger Tudor-style home.
