Access to the space is via an electronic lock on the front door. We will send you your own private key-code with the check-in instructions. There are 5 stairs leading to the front door. Must use stairs to access bedrooms.

Our fenced in backyard makes it perfect for furry friends which are welcome with an additional fee.

In order to provide an excellent experience to all of our guests we do allow responsible dog owners to bring well trained dogs (up to 2) during their stay. A deep cleaning is performed after each pet stay, and an additional cleaning fee of $15/night for 1 dog or $20/night for 2 dogs will be assessed. You must declare your pet upon booking, and pay the pet fee before check-in, or we will not be able to allow you to stay. The pet fee will be paid via a request through Airbnb which we will send you after your booking is confirmed.

As per Airbnb Terms and Conditions: You are responsible for leaving an Accommodation (and related personal property) in the condition it was in when you arrived.

Hot tub on property. Children and pets should be monitored at all times.

Our home is in a very nice area of West Valley City close to the Maverick Center and easy access I-215 and I-15 for getting to all areas of Salt Lake City and Canyon Resorts. Costco, Mall, Restaurants, Movie Theatre, Bowling Alley, Shopping very close.

I think this all depends on the traveler. Uber is so convenient and can be affordable, depending on your lifestyle and itinerary.

This is a quiet neighborhood and no loud parties will be tolerated. If the neighbors complain or the police are called you will be asked to leave. Extra guests will need to be approved.
