Right on the Water - Heart of Rodney Bay - 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath

Beautiful 2 bedroom / 2 bath home that is literally 15 feet from the water! This "Little Pink House" is in The Harbor Condominium complex in the heart of Rodney Bay and looks out over all of the beauty of Rodney Bay Marina. Boat slips available directly in front of the house (very small extra fee).

The Rodney Bay area hosts many restaurants and bars that can all be reached within a 3 minute walk. Gorgeous Reduit Beach is less than a 5 minute walk away. The house is in a gated community and has night security guards even though the entire Rodney Bay area is very safe and you can walk everywhere safely. Everything you need is within a short walking distance. You have a full grocery store, liquor store, casino, shopping mall, bars, restaurants, excursion tour company, etc. All of this action is available for you or you can choose to sit on the gorgeous patio in the peace and quiet and watch the boats in the bay. It is truly the best of both worlds.

If you are a "drink coffee on the patio while reading a book" person or a "drink beer while partying with the locals" person, you can't beat this location. The house has everything you need to make your stay super comfortable from a washer / dryer to a fully furnished kitchen including an oven, stove, dishwasher, etc. you have it all. We love our Little Pink House and can't wait to retire in it full time. Until then we want to share it with you. As John Cougar used to say this is our "Little Pink House for you and me".

A Pink House it was!

What an amazing stay we had, from the minute we arrived until we had to leave, the pink house was fantastic. Wilbertha was awesome, very helpful and accommodating, connected us with a local chef Anna who prepared us 3 meals which were 5 stars! This place is within walking distance to everything you need and close to a great beach and shopping.

Outstanding Vacation Home!

Spent the week relaxing, exploring and eating. All within walking distance of our house. We used the ferry to get there from the airport when we arrived. Great way to get our vacation started. Beautiful scenery and alot of fun!

Great long weekend at the Pink House

Loved the location of the property- right on the marina waterfront. Bought delicious fresh fruit from boat stopping in front of the house and grocery store is 3 minute walk. Also close to beautiful Reduit beach with good snorkeling. Beds comfortable and showers were good. Area felt safe. Good value for St Lucia

The Pink House is very nice and comfortable. Everything is so convenient. Mark was very helpful to give us contact info for taxi and boat travel. Wilberta the property manager was so nice and helpful. We would return again.

Sweet Marina House

We had such a great stay at the pink house. Great management group and condo complex. Super walkable neighborhood and had our best meals of our whole trip at places right next door. Shout out to Spice of India, Keebee’s, and Matthew’s. The house is spacious and has a great patio for sunsets, cool plants around the outside of the house, and a few really sweet cats doing round the clock security detail. would not hesitate to book again. Great Location for a Vacation

This condo was perfectly located in Rodney Bay; right on the water; within easy walking distance to restaurants, food stores, coffee shops and the absolutely beautiful Reduit Beach. The place was just as advertised and my three adult sons, my wife and I had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked and we made dinner a few nights.Mark and his property manager, Wibertha, were very accommodating. Any issues were immediately resolved and any questions were quickly answered.We definitely had a great time up there and would highly recommend it.

Great Pink House

Weve just returned from 2 weeks at the Pink House, Marks communication was excellent from the first enquiry. He then passes you on to Wilbertha who was excellent and answered any questions almost immediately through WhatsApp. The property itself is excellent for two couples with your own private space and a large open communal space overlooking the beautiful harbour. The location is even better than it looks, you slide open the security gate and you are in the main street. Everything is on your doorstep. A special note to Fadi's bar, Cafe 758 warm welcome and great place to chill out.

Great Stay

Our stay was perfect. The house is two bedrooms and 2 baths. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom the other bedroom has a bathroom with direct access as well as a door to the hallway for guests. The house was clean, had plenty of towels, and some sundries. There is a grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop, pastry and cake shop, duty free, liquor and wine shop, island excursions, sports bar, and night club, taxi stand and maxi buses all within a 3 minute walk in either direction. The beach is less than 10 minutes walk and the house is directly on the water at Rodney Bay Marina with amazing sunrise views. Wilbertha the house manager was there to meet us and made the check-in process seamless she also answered her phone or quickly returned our calls for all questions. She was/is a valuable resource and a true gem. Whether you want a low key relaxing holiday at the house or to explore the island, dinners at home, fine dining, casual meals, or anything and everything in between the little pink house is a great place to stay and pivot from. We will definitely stay here when we visit St. Lucia.

We have stayed at the Pink House multiple times over the last few years. We don’t think the setting, proximity to shopping, food stores, restaurants, the beach can be found anywhere else on the island. Wilbertha, the property manager was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Mark, our host was very easy to work with and easily accommodated some travel adjustments we needed to make. All and all, a fantastic 9 weeks

Loved the mornings and evenings on the patio

We really needed peace and relaxation. Can’t beat the complex/house….being near the water and boats but was sooo quiet, the best breeze….really heaven in the mornings. The house was big and spacious. Just beyond the gates everything you needed and a bit of night life on Fridays since they have 10pm curfew at this time due to Covid …..didn’t bother us though. Property owner and property manager were alway so helpful and responsive. Suggestion to clean some of the stains from several chairs (a lot) and couch before new guests arrive and maybe new drapes (torn) And not leave really old and dirty dish sponges x2 for the next guest. Overall was quiet clean but those small things were quite noticeable and disappointing when we first arrived. Small improvements can make a huge difference. Maybe more beach towels…house can sleep upto six but was only 1beach towel available. Replace or update the frying pans and pots as they were old broken, dirty, scratched. Overall I would recommend this place and I would return which is why I rated it high. Hope owner can value the honest feedback/recommendations Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property:)

Amazing place in a amazing location

Our stay was most excellent. The property was in a wonderful location, close to everything Rodney Bay had to offer while being quite and secure at the same time. It's right on the bay! We literally sat on the porch at night and listened to the fish jumping right in front of us. Mark was great as was the property manager. We had a small issue during our stay that was resolved very quickly. Overall, this was an amazing property and would definitely recommend.

Outstanding!

The Pink House on the Water is fab! It was just what we wanted for our short getaway from the south of the island. The location right on the water with floor to ceiling views of the marina, directly in the heart of Rodney Bay with the easy easy walk to numerous restaurants, bars, shops, beach, etc - it's impossible to beat! Mark was very easy to communicate with, The on-island property manager was also very easy to communicate with, security was friendly, neighbors are all friendly - it was perfect! We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning with breakfast and the serene water views, loved walking to all the different restaurants (a much, much needed respite after a year of cooking every meal!), loved having a nightcap on that wonderful balcony again to finish the evening off - just perfect!! The house itself is great for 2-4 people. Well stocked kitchen (from what we could see - not that we cooked!), spacious living room, two beds/two baths, washer/dryer, etc. We were pre-warned to bring beach (pool) towels - and we forgot! Oops. The bath towels were nice and fluffy, couches were comfy, beds were great, it's just a really wonderful little bungalow, ideally located for those wanting some precious space and quiet in the midst of the Village and all it's conveniences. It made for an excellent weekend getaway for us - just what we needed!! We'll definitely be back to enjoy this spot!!

Pink Perfection

This property is peaceful if you want or full on late night dancing if you want the choices are endless. You are literally 3 minutes from groceries, restaurants, beaches & shopping. All the people you deal with are informative, helpful and genuine. If you are lucky enough to stay here she will leave a memories in your heart.

We may be biased but, The Pink House is the best location on the island. It is in the middle of popular Rodney Bay. It is the only place we know of that you can sit on you patio in COMPLETE SILENCE and enjoy the boats and sunsets and also walk 2 minutes away and be in the middle of the nightlife scene.
