This apartment is divided into fully equipped American kitchen (combined microwave oven, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster) pantry with fridge and washing machine, living room with sofa bed 2 beds, TV, VCR, free wifi , bathroom with bath, separate toilet, bedroom with double bed, large balcony with sofa, table and chairs.

Really lovely property very close to the beach and restaurants. Check in was very easy. Dominique was very helpful and made everything very simple. We had everything we needed, used the balcony a lot! Kitchen has everything you need, bedroom is comfortable and shower and bathroom excellent. We would recommend this property to anyone.

The apartment has several highlights: 1. very good location, beach, supermarket, restaurants, market...2. parking cars in the garage. 3. Good equipment, kitchen, wash machine, big balcony... 4 very helpful host with personal welcome and instrution. The only thing I was misseing is a AC or a ventilator for the days with high temperature.

A Beach Holiday

This apartment is located in a great area, 2 blocks to the beach and an excellent restaurant (Acacia) also two blocks away. Lots of good seafood restaurants all along the beach promenade. When I arrived, there had been a heat wave (canicule) and the apartment was very uncomfortable the first night. There is no fan. After that, I was fine as there is a nice breeze most of the time. One small thing to note: There are apartments directly across the narrow street and the apartment has no curtains. There are rolling metal blinds which are good at blocking noise from street and neighbors at night, but they leave the apartment very dark and block air circulation.

L’appartement était très bien situé pour l’accès au bord de mer, commerçants, restaurants tout à pieds La place de parking bien utile compte-tenu du manque de stationnement Mais Points plus que négatifs : Le bruit de circulation assez régulière pour un sens unique, passants parfois bruyants, clients du restaurant le plus proche mais surtout les éboueurs à 2 h 30 et 04 h 30 du matin, balayeuse à 07 h 00, des containers rentrés à 07 h 30 du matin

Super zentraler Aufenthalt

Das Appartement liegt in sehr zentraler Lage in der Fußgängerzone. Von dem sehr freundlichen Vermieter bekommt man einen QR-Code, mit dem man mit dem Auto den Bereich trotzdem befahren kann. Zu der Wohnung gehört ein kühler Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage, was in Arcachon ein großer Vorteil ist. Die Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage ist jedoch nichts für sehr große Autos oder Fahranfänger 😉. Zum Strand sind es nur ca. 1 Minute. Küchengeräte sind alle vorhanden. Alles bestens!

Super Lage

Eine Ferienwohnung, nur ein paar Schritte von der Strandpromenande und dem Strand entfernt. Bäckerei und Restaurants direkt um die Ecke. Eine bessere Lage geht kaum. Das Bad mit der großen Dusche ist sehr sauber und neu. Toll ist auch der großzügige Balkon mit Sitzmöglichkeiten usw.

Un séjour reposant dans cet appartement idéalement situé. Un accueil et une réactivité des gérants au top. Appartement très bien aménagé. Manquerait juste un ou deux ventilateurs 😉 Seul bémol, l'accès au parking... Expérience à renouveler
