Large house completely renovated, breathtaking view of the sea, beach in front of the house, close to shops.
Labeled 3 keys (Clévacances) and classified 3 stars.
Price: 600 € / week for 2 people out of season, 1490 € for 10 people in high season.
Terraced house: 10 pers, 6 bedrooms, 3 160 beds, 1 140 bed, 2 90 beds, cots and baby equipment, (sheets provided), living room-lounge-kitchen, bathroom-WC, 2 SDE-WC, LV, CG, MO, LL, SL, TV, WIFI internet access, balcony, terrace, garden furniture, parking nearby.
Water sports, beach, fishing, bicycle rentals, hiking trails, tennis, swimming pool at Pont l'Abbé or in Quimper, tree climbing and bowling in Quimper. Cinemas in Kerity, Quimper, Bénodet. Supermarket at 200 meters, and supermarkets at 2 or 3 km.
A deposit of 25% of the rental amount will be requested by check on arrival. It will be returned to you no later than 15 days after the stay after checking for any damage.

Another great visit

This was our fourth visit to the property. It is easy access to the town and its restaurants and cafes. The verandah is wonderful for sitting and watching the port activity.

Wonderful house with harbour view

We (2 families) had a lovely stay at this well-furnished and spacious house. Every afternoon we could watch the fisher boats arrive at the Harbour, so we knew it was time to head over to buy some fresh oysters and langoustines. We look forward to coming back.

This was our second visit to this property and we loved it as much as the first time in 2019. Easy access to the town for restaurants. Lovely verandah to sit and watch the boats going in and out. Lots of space.

Great Easter vacation

We stayed for the second time in this place, this time around Easter. While the weather was rather mixed, the stay was great. We had enough sun to enjoy the terrace with the view of the port entrance. The house is well equipped, lots of bedrooms and generally enough space for two families. Will come back for sure.

What a location!

Just on our way home from our stay in Guilvinec. Isabelle was fantastic, easy to communicate with. The house is great, plenty of room - there were 7 of us. The location is superb. The terrace overlooks the sea and fishing port and you can watch the boats coming and going all day. Would recommend the house to anyone. Thanks for a great holiday.

Lovely Holiday

We had a wonderful week in Guilvinec. 8 over 65 year olds and a 13 year old granddaughter. But all very active. We love Brittany anyway, but this is a real gem of a place. We will definitely return. Everybody knows the beaches are superb and the local market on Sunday was brilliant.

Immer wieder schön!

Wir waren nun das dritte Mal in diesem toll gelegenen und ausgestatteten Haus. Das Wetter hat zwar nicht ganz mitgespielt, aber gerade dann ist es schön, wenn man auch im Haus genug Möglichkeiten hat, Zeit zu verbringen. Das WLAN deckt leider nicht die oberen Stockwerke ab, ansonsten ist aber alles vorhanden, was man fĂŒr eine gute Zeit braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Perfekt, zum 2. Mal in 2 Jahren da. Das Haus liegt perfekt, direkt am Meer. Der Ort ist klein aber fein mit sanftem Tourismus. Das Gas bietet fĂŒr 2 Familien mit Teenager sehr viel Platz. Wir kommen wieder!
