Beste Innenstadtlage.

Die Wohnung befindet sich nur etwa 400m vom Domplatz in Erfurt entfernt. Sie ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und von der Lage her recht ruhig. Bei Bedarf stehen direkt vor dem Hauseingang kostenpflichtige Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Läden oder auch das Kino sind in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Güntige, sehr gut gelegene Ferienwohnung

Für einfache Ansprüche eine sehr gute Wohnung. Sehr unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Sehr Gute Lage. Es ist alles da was man zum Leben braucht, Handtücher, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank,... Lediglich das ausziehbare Sofa ist als Schlafmöglichkeit nicht die beste Lösung. Trotzdem kann ich die Wohnung sehr gerne weiterempfehlen!

Kleine, aber feine Wohnung

Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Auch mit dem Check In hat alles problemlos funktioniert. Für 4 erwachsene Leute war es allerdings doch etwas eng, da das extra Schlafsofa sehr kurz ist und sich eher für Kinder eignet. Die beiden extra Bettwäschen mussten auch selber bezogen werden. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn das Schlafsofa schon als Bett umfunktioniert worden wäre. Sonst war aber alles super und die Lage ist unschlagbar.

Die Wohnung war für die angekündigten 3 Personen nicht vorbereitet. Stilvoll und außergewöhnlich war hier nichts. Die Dusche ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Für den Preis gibt es besseres.

Positiv - Die FeWO liegt zentral und ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen der Erfurter Innenstadt - Die FeWO ist modern und sauber - Die Buchung sowie das Ein- und Auschecken per Handy funktionierte problemlos Negativ - Es gibt keine Steckdose im Bad - Bei unserer Ankunft war die Lampe im Bad defekt, trotz Info an den Vermieter wurde diese in 4 Tagen nicht repariert sodass wir kein Licht im Bad hatten und improvisieren mussten!
