Gorgeous newly-built 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom paired resort home at the world-renowned Mauna Lani Resort - only a short distance away from the best restaurants, shops and beaches on the Kohala Coast! Kamilo 409 offers 1,653 sq. ft. of island living at its finest with recently purchased furniture and a covered outdoor lanai. The home has a guest-accessible 2-car garage, as well as additional parking in the driveway. A highlight of this home is its great location just a short walk to the Kamilo recreation center where guests enjoy free access to the fitness center, adults-only lap pool, family pool, two hot tubs, BBQ pavilion and over an acre of grass lawns. Other amenities of the home include central air conditioning, lanai with gas BBQ, a mini wine fridge and laundry facilities. The bedrooms are cozy with king size beds in both the master and second bedrooms and modern en-suite bathrooms. The third bedroom features two twin beds (that can be combined to form a king bed on request) and a small outdoor courtyard. There are flat screen TV's in all the bedrooms and living room, an Amazon Alexa and strong wifi throughout.

KaMilo 409 Home away from home!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at this fantastic resort home. It was everything as pictured and described. We were very comfortable and relaxed. It’s like we never left our home. We were greeted with a wonderful care package. Thank you for that! Our transition from hotel resort to home resort was perfect! We enjoyed all the amenities it had to offer. Lunch at Mauna Lani Beach Club was fun! I personally enjoyed the Maile Spa products. Loved them so much that I just ordered several to stock my own wetroom/bathrooms.😃 We recommend KaMilo 409 and would stay there again in the future.

Home away from home

This retreat has everything you could possibly need while on vacation. It was so wonderful to have so many amenities …. Beach chairs, towels and umbrellas, board games, books, blue tooth speaker, and incredible smelling shampoo, conditioner and body wash! We walked out of the shower smelling like a fruit salad and we absolutely loved it!! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils and it even had a salad spinner!! (Might consider a garlic press, but certainly not a necessity). We appreciated the fact that there was enough dish soap, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towel to use our entire 14 days. Who wants to have to spend time buying those items while on vacation?? We enjoyed having coffee on the lanai in the mornings in a peaceful and serene space. All you could hear were the birds chirping. A nice place to relax and forget all of the stresses of everyday life. There are a few things that could use some attention (and this is by no means a complaint, just a suggestion). The dryer takes forever to dry the beach towels and there is no drying rack to hang things on. Also the second bedroom, with the king size bed, doesn’t have the same air conditioning circulation as the rest of the home and the ceiling fan doesn’t have a high speed. Again, this is not a complaint but just something you may want to address. Thank you for providing us with such a great place to vacation with family!!

Good times at Kamilo

Kamilo development is beautiful. Well located in Mauna Lani. Close to shops and restaurants. Landscaping is well maintained and created nice privacy. Super quiet and relaxing setting. Our 3bdr unit had plenty of room and was fully stocked throughout.. Loved the fact that the unit had beach chairs, sand buckets, boogie boards and floaties available for use. Definitely would stay again!
