Nestled at the base of Big Cottonwood Canyon, this 4-bedroom, 4-bath townhouse offers easy access to world-class ski resorts and the vibrant downtown Salt Lake City scene. Enjoy a private 8-person hot tub, fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a cozy gas fireplace. Additional amenities include a foosball table, ski gear storage, and a spacious deck with a BBQ grill and outdoor dining.

Spring/summer/fall: set AC (cool) thermostat to 78 and fan to AUTO
Winter: set HEAT to 58-60 and fan to AUTO

We are native to Utah. We love the outdoors and love the SNOW! I have been involved in the vacation rental business for 30+ years....at one time managing over 90 vacation rentals. Now having my own and managing a few for others I can provide the attention to detail I was unable to provide when handling so many. Why they chose this property
Location! This community has the best of both worlds - it is great for the owners and their family to visit because it is close to family members and close to all the activities they enjoy (including winter sports)....but also great as a vacation rental for others.....the unit is fully licensed as a tourist home (required by Cottonwood Heights).
What makes this property unique
This condo/town home is so spacious and comfortable.
The community is very unique. The location is ideal - right at the mouth of the Canyons so we can ski in 20 minutes, yet still in Salt Lake county with quick freeway access to go downtown or to Park City. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by as well. We are one of the only communities within walking distance to amenities like the Porcupine Pub, Alpha Coffee, Eight Settlers Distillery and restaurant, 7-11 and The Lift House Sports. The condos are situated to allow privacy from neighbors. No hot tub or deck is close to another and many are not visible to other units. You don't have to worry about taking trash cans out once a week as we have community dumpsters for trash & recycling.
There are several things that set our properties apart.
**We take pride in the ownership of our properties. We value your business and want to make it more personal. We've stayed in many vacation rentals and have found many to be "too sterile" and unwelcoming - no personal touches. We want our guests to feel like friends and be comfortable in their "home away from home"
**We have at least 5 different types of pillows in each condo as not all guests like the same type of pillow.
**Each mattress and pillow have protectors that are laundered frequently.
**Our rugs and blankets are laundered frequently as well.
**Our spices and cooking essentials are plentiful and refilled or replenished as needed.
**We offer many books, maps and literature on local things to do as well as our personal 'local' recommendations.
**Our condo is in the furthest building away from busy Wasatch Blvd. It is very quiet.
**We have the largest, most secluded patio/deck in the community~it backs up to private open space (large hillside)
**We live within 10 minutes from the property. We are in the community often as we have two other condos in the community. We are readily available if needed but not right next door "spying on you" :)
