In town for nephew's wedding at Log Haven Restaurant (recommended) in Mill Creek Canyon with rehearsal dinner at Eight Settlers Distillery (walk from condo.) Excellent location. Perfect late summer weather with no crowds. Enjoyed deck at Porcupine Grill (recommended, walk to, huge desserts.) Condo as described except some spaces appear larger online, especially dining table area. Very clean, exceptionally well stocked, everything labeled. Nice sunny deck. Did not use hot tub, but it was serviced twice anyway. Two bed/bath on top floor and two on main floor-perfect layout for us.Must love stairs.No key to front door so always enter/exit thru garage unless someone stays behind.Primary bedroom & bath good size, nice soaking tub, other baths compact. Excellent hot water. Queen bath needed ceiling repair after previous water leak but wasn't a problem. Very generous closet space with good hangers and luggage valet rack. Host extremely accommodating with extended checkout for late flight. Good recycling, including separate glass collection. Rental Toyota Corolla no problem in garage, but large vehicles will be tight especially with snow (for entire development.) Brother stayed at adjacent Marriott to park Sprinter van in large lot. Recreation Center walkable but unfortunately pool was closed for service during our visit. Wasatch Blvd is quite noisy, but this unit is not as close as some others.

Weekend getaway trip to Brighton

Jennifer is one of the best communicators ive encountered in over a decade of travel. I travel about half the year for work and pleasure and this property is my favorite. Very comfortable, this property features a nice hot tub, spacious living room, modern kitchen, and relaxing bedrooms. Access is both convenient and you feel so safe here. This was my 2nd visit, and, hopefully more to come!

Perfect stay for a ski vacation

Jennifer was an incredible host and the space was perfect for our group of 8. Super clean, well stocked (from kitchen to bathrooms) and a large living room with a fireplace that was perfect for hanging out in the evenings. Jennifer responded quickly and passed along travel tips that made our stay that much better. Highly recommend this property!!

Beautiful, spacious condo.

Had a weeklong stay here with 5 adults. This condo is huge! We liked that the rooms were on different levels. With 5 adults, some early risers, it was nice not having to be too quiet in the kitchen while others slept. The garage was big enough to fit a Honda Odyssey minivan, and still open the rear hatch with the garage closed. And the double washer and dryer was a huge bonus for the 5 of us. The place is well stocked, clean, and comfortable. The foosball table was an absolute hit. Even after being out all day, we still looked forward to coming home and getting in a few matches before bed. Grocery store is less than 2 miles away, and several restaurants and coffee shops are near-by. We attended a concert in downtown SLC, and it was an easy 20 min drive. Jennifer was quick to respond and very helpful with anything we needed. I wish VRBO had a way to ask questions prior to booking. Great home, perfect for a big group!

We were here for a week and could not have found a better home or location for exploring the big and little cottonwood canyons. You are literally steps away from the highway that takes you to both canyons and a short drive to grocery stores and anything else you might need. SLC downtown and airport are 20 minutes away. The kitchen and bathrooms have recently been renovated and are beyond beautiful . The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen, right down to the waffle cooker! Showers are hot , beds super comfortable, living room couch and fireplace make for a cozy place to relax after a full day of skiing. The hot tub….. amazing !!!! Boot warmer, 2 washers and dryers, games, gift bag were all appreciated! If you are reading my review look no further and book this amazing home❤️❤️❤️

SLC ski vacation

Very clean, very comfortable and incredibly well stocked with all kitchen utensils, nice toiletries in the bathrooms, many linens, comfortable beds and the hot tub was clean and serviced several times during our stay. Perfect Location for our stay for Alta Wedding

This is a great place to stay for a large party of people who want to hike, ski, or generally enjoy Salt Lake. It's even an easy swing into town. Unless all you are going to do is ski, I would recommend it over staying in the canyons for its quick access to shops, grocery, restaurants, and other SLC sights. (Don't miss Antelope Island if you are from the east coast!) Perfect SLC rental.

A Wonderful family Reunion Gathering.

We reserved this condo for a small family reunion.We found a cousin of ours through DNA testing after 68+ yrs,she flew out from FL & to visit with family members that she hasn’t met yet. She loves visiting out west & seeing the beautiful mountains & canyons here in Utah,this condo was was absolutely perfect for our reunion.It’s set in beautiful area right by the mountains & the inside decor was just as beautiful, you feel right home the minute you walk through door. The place was very clean & the furniture was cozy & comfortable,you just couldn’t ask for a better place to stay, I gotta say they didn’t miss beat when it comes to having everything you need in a home, it really is a home sweet home away from your home.I would highly recommend this condo.

Wonderful location. Loved the condo. Very comfortable.

Everyone in our grouploved it. Quiet. Relaxing and very comfortable. The only issue was the first few nights it was really warm upstairs because I don’t think the place has been in use so don’t think the AC was on and with it being air hot in the area it was warm in the house. However after two night it was definitely cooler.

Close to many great hikes; ski resorts- enjoyed the hot tub! The deck wasn't very clean upon arrival but had a hose for us to use to clean. Plenty of kitchen ware; BBQ grill; toilet paper and paper towels. Store close by. We were given an extra fan for the upstairs due to the 90 degree weather. Nothing fancy but comfortable.

Perfect Home Base for A Cottonwood Canyon Ski Trip

This property is extremely clean, comfortable and functional if you are looking for a base to explore the Cottonwood Canyon areas year-round. The hot tub is nice at the end of the day. The foosball table is fun. The hosts also do a great job of providing handy necessities like sunscreen, snacks and basic toiletries to get your trip off to a good start. The location is walkable to two restaurants and an excellent coffee shop (Alpha Coffee). Groceries are a few minutes away and a 7-11 and ski rental shop are very close. The location is not 5 stars just from the lack of nice restaurants in the neighborhood. It’s a pretty typical residential area. But overall, the proximity to the canyons can’t be beat. Jennifer was very easy to communicate with and checkin/checkout were a breeze.

Perfect!!!!

Everything about this house was perfect… They did not miss a thing.!!! Lots of space, beautifully decorated, clean, and everything that you would possibly need. We wish we could’ve stayed longer!! The hot tub was amazing after a long day of hiking and Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The living area was so cozy and a perfect place for family and friends!! Jennifer was fantastic to work with during Covid and we will be back :-)

So Comfortable and Convenient!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo for 5 nights. The owner has thought of everything to be sure guests are comfortable and have everything they could need! The kitchen is more than equipped, the living room super comfortable. Everyone slept great! Mattresses super, location quiet! Also very convenient to drive to ski resorts/hiking trails! And Target/Whole Foods just a few minutes down the hill and a fun coffee shop less than 10 minute walk! Thank you again Jennifer for our great family visit!!

Spacious and Clean

We enjoyed our stay in this very spacious and clean condo. It was very convenient to have the bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The large 75 inch TV was great to watch with the family. Spacious modern house near SLC & Park City

A lovely modern house in a small condo development. Well stocked kitchen, very nice large screen TV, quiet deck with great hot tub. Upstairs bedrooms get too hot on hot days, but AC good in lower levels. Neighborhood undergoing a lot of construction right now.

Stand-out property

Our family really enjoyed this property. It is 100% as advertised, very well located for skiers, which we are, and well provisioned for cooks. The owner was easy to reach and highly responsive. Check-in/check-out instructions could not have been easier or more informative. We had not one malfunction or disappointment. All around this was an outstanding experience. One quick note for future renters — read the check-in notes. It is full of excellent tips and also explains everything in detail. Had we read more carefully about the 2 garages, we would have realized that the 2 full size SUV’s with ski racks would not fit. However, the owners already anticipated this in their instructions with suggestions for alternative parking. Well done!

The Perfect Home in the Perfect Location

We had a family reunion for 9 in February. We had been to the area for a ski vacation for the last 4 years - and each year the number of particpants has grown! This was the perfect home for us! Four bedrooms four baths. Great roomy kitchen with a dining table for 8 and additional seating for 3 at the bar. A large screen tv with comfy seating in the living room made getting everyone together in the evenings easy. We had the IKON pass so this location allowed us to get to Solitude, Brighton, Alta, Snowbird and Deer Valley within a short time. Everything that you would need is close by - shopping, restaurants, rentals, etc. Jennifer is very organized and has information on anything that you would require. The home is also very well organized: my brother- in-law noticed that there were even hooks outside for the hot tub towels. Everything is in great working order, laundry, hot tub, appliances. Jennifer was responsive to our communication - responding quickly. The home was very clean and had supplies to start us off for the week - spices and other cooking supplies were available in the kitchen as well as a supply of paper goods. We look forward to getting back together there again next year! Thank you Jennifer for a wonderful vacation!

We are native to Utah. We love the outdoors and love the SNOW! I have been involved in the vacation rental business for 30+ years....at one time managing over 90 vacation rentals. Now having my own and managing a few for others I can provide the attention to detail I was unable to provide when handling so many. This community has the best of both worlds - it is great for the owners and their family to visit because it is close to family members and close to all the activities they enjoy (including winter sports)....but also great as a vacation rental for others.....the unit is fully licensed as a tourist home (required by Cottonwood Heights).

The location is ideal - right at the mouth of the Canyons so we can ski in 20 minutes, yet still in Salt Lake county with quick freeway access to go downtown or to Park City. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by as well. We are one of the only communities within walking distance to amenities like the Porcupine Pub, Alpha Coffee, Eight Settlers Distillery and restaurant, 7-11 and The Lift House Sports. The condos are situated to allow privacy from neighbors. No hot tub or deck is close to another and many are not visible to other units. You don't have to worry about taking trash cans out once a week as we have community dumpsters for trash & recycling.

There are several things that set our properties apart.
**We take pride in the ownership of our properties. We value your business and want to make it more personal. We've stayed in many vacation rentals and have found many to be "too sterile" and unwelcoming - no personal touches. We want our guests to feel like friends and be comfortable in their "home away from home"
**We have at least 5 different types of pillows in each condo as not all guests like the same type of pillow.
**Each mattress and pillow have protectors that are laundered frequently.
**Our rugs and blankets are laundered frequently as well.
**Our spices and cooking essentials are plentiful and refilled or replenished as needed.
**We offer many books, maps and literature on local things to do as well as our personal 'local' recommendations.
**Our condo is in the furthest building away from busy Wasatch Blvd. It is very quiet.
**We have the largest, most secluded patio/deck in the community~it backs up to private open space (large hillside)
**We live within 10 minutes from the property. We are in the community often as we have two other condos in the community. We are readily available if needed but not right next door "spying on you" :)
