Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If you used hot tub towels (multi colored), please start a load of hot tub towels and dish towels before you depart.
Spring/summer/fall: set AC (cool) thermostat to 78 and fan to AUTO Winter: set HEAT to 58-60 and fan to AUTO
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Check in is at **4pm** It takes many hours to clean, do laundry, restock, make beds, do any maintenance and make it right for our guests!
Check out is 10am- we try to accommodate early checks in and late check outs when we can but if there is a same day stay it is very difficult.
No parking in front of garages ESPECIALLY in winter (Nov-April). NO SMOKING a of any type inside the condo OR OUTSIDE the condo. HOA RULE.

Everything was perfect. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware the best I have encountered in the rentals I have been to.Great information on everything in the home.The lighting in the kitchen was great! Jennifer was an incredible host and the space was perfect for our group of 8. Weekend getaway trip to Brighton

Jennifer is one of the best communicators ive encountered in over a decade of travel. I travel about half the year for work and pleasure and this property is my favorite. Very comfortable, this property features a nice hot tub, spacious living room, modern kitchen, and relaxing bedrooms. Access is both convenient and you feel so safe here. This was my 2nd visit, and, hopefully more to come!

This home has everything you need for a get away. We stayed here for a conference at the South Towne Expo Center. It is a quick 18 minute drive to the center. Just far enough away to escape the crowd of a hotel but close enough to go back and forth to the Center. Jennifer was great to work with.

Perfect home away from home!

This house was the perfect place for a Christmas family reunion. It was beautifully decorated for the holiday, and had a very well equipped kitchen, making elaborate meal preparation possible. Grill and hot tub were well used. The location was perfect. Pretty much 15 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go. Ski equipment rentals right there, and a coffee shop and bar/restaurant walking distance as well. Jenifer was very responsive to any needs we had. We’ll definitely be coming again!

A lovely modern house in a small condo development. Well stocked kitchen, very nice large screen TV, quiet deck with great hot tub. Upstairs bedrooms get too hot on hot days, but AC good in lower levels. Neighborhood undergoing a lot of construction right now.

If you have a trip planned to the Cottonwoods, this is the place to stay. Jennifer is an amazing host, attentive and quick to respond to any questions. The home has been very well appointed for any skier / boarder. They have a freakin' boot dryer rack! I literally have nothing negative to say. My only regret is that we hadn't discovered this home before our most recent trip. I can only hope that when we want to visit the area in the future, this rental will be available.

Great home, perfect for a big group!

We were here for a week and could not have found a better home or location for exploring the big and little cottonwood canyons. You are literally steps away from the highway that takes you to both canyons and a short drive to grocery stores and anything else you might need. SLC downtown and airport are 20 minutes away. The kitchen and bathrooms have recently been renovated and are beyond beautiful . The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen, right down to the waffle cooker! Showers are hot , beds super comfortable, living room couch and fireplace make for a cozy place to relax after a full day of skiing. The hot tub….. amazing !!!! Boot warmer, 2 washers and dryers, games, gift bag were all appreciated! If you are reading my review look no further and book this amazing home❤️❤️❤️

Beautiful, spacious condo.

Had a weeklong stay here with 5 adults. This condo is huge! We liked that the rooms were on different levels. With 5 adults, some early risers, it was nice not having to be too quiet in the kitchen while others slept. The garage was big enough to fit a Honda Odyssey minivan, and still open the rear hatch with the garage closed. And the double washer and dryer was a huge bonus for the 5 of us. The place is well stocked, clean, and comfortable. The foosball table was an absolute hit. Even after being out all day, we still looked forward to coming home and getting in a few matches before bed. Grocery store is less than 2 miles away, and several restaurants and coffee shops are near-by. We attended a concert in downtown SLC, and it was an easy 20 min drive. Jennifer was quick to respond and very helpful with anything we needed. I wish VRBO had a way to ask questions prior to booking. The Perfect Home in the Perfect Location

We had a family reunion for 9 in February. We had been to the area for a ski vacation for the last 4 years - and each year the number of particpants has grown! This was the perfect home for us! Four bedrooms four baths. Great roomy kitchen with a dining table for 8 and additional seating for 3 at the bar. A large screen tv with comfy seating in the living room made getting everyone together in the evenings easy. We had the IKON pass so this location allowed us to get to Solitude, Brighton, Alta, Snowbird and Deer Valley within a short time. Everything that you would need is close by - shopping, restaurants, rentals, etc. Jennifer is very organized and has information on anything that you would require. The home is also very well organized: my brother- in-law noticed that there were even hooks outside for the hot tub towels. Everything is in great working order, laundry, hot tub, appliances. Jennifer was responsive to our communication - responding quickly. The home was very clean and had supplies to start us off for the week - spices and other cooking supplies were available in the kitchen as well as a supply of paper goods. We look forward to getting back together there again next year! Thank you Jennifer for a wonderful vacation!

In town for nephew's wedding at Log Haven Restaurant (recommended) in Mill Creek Canyon with rehearsal dinner at Eight Settlers Distillery (walk from condo.) Excellent location. Perfect late summer weather with no crowds. Enjoyed deck at Porcupine Grill (recommended, walk to, huge desserts.) Condo as described except some spaces appear larger online, especially dining table area. Very clean, exceptionally well stocked, everything labeled. Nice sunny deck. Did not use hot tub, but it was serviced twice anyway. Two bed/bath on top floor and two on main floor-perfect layout for us.Must love stairs.No key to front door so always enter/exit thru garage unless someone stays behind.Primary bedroom & bath good size, nice soaking tub, other baths compact. Excellent hot water. Queen bath needed ceiling repair after previous water leak but wasn't a problem. Very generous closet space with good hangers and luggage valet rack. Host extremely accommodating with extended checkout for late flight. Good recycling, including separate glass collection. Rental Toyota Corolla no problem in garage, but large vehicles will be tight especially with snow (for entire development.) Brother stayed at adjacent Marriott to park Sprinter van in large lot. Recreation Center walkable but unfortunately pool was closed for service during our visit. Wasatch Blvd is quite noisy, but this unit is not as close as some others.

There are some wonderful things about this property= the location (close to freeways, quiet spot, proximity to ski resorts), the hot tub, the foosball table and games for the kids, the giant TV, laundry on site, plenty of space for a family of four. The negatives for me= the unit itself could use a good thorough clean and tune-up. There were spiderwebs in the garland, filthy baseboards, squeaky doors, the washing machine drum is quite small and could only handle small loads. The air conditioning situation really needs to be addressed because it was so hot in the middle of July and we were only allowed to keep the thermostat at 71 degrees. Given the multiple-floor structure of this unit, the upper rooms just were never cool enough, despite the portable fan unit, which didn't offer much relief and took some maintenance on our part. We were also asked to turn the fans off and thermostat up anytime we left the unit, which made the unit take that much longer to cool down upon our returns in the evenings. So, I feel like there either needs to be better and multiple portable A/C units that actually work, or an updated AC that can handle the turning down of the thermostat. Probably both because of the layout. We also had an internet issue upon arrival but it was taken care of within 24 hours. We could have used more toilet paper- we had booked about a week there and I wished the owner had supplied enough for that time as a courtesy. We also could have used some dryer sheets so we could properly do the laundry the owner asked us to do. All in all, not a terrible experience, but I feel that there is room for improvement.

We are native to Utah. We love the outdoors and love the SNOW! I have been involved in the vacation rental business for 30+ years....at one time managing over 90 vacation rentals. Now having my own and managing a few for others I can provide the attention to detail I was unable to provide when handling so many. Because of my experience with vacation rentals, affiliation with the outdoor sports industry and local knowledge I provide many special extras in our properties to make them more comfortable, fully stocked, better maintained, and of course, MORE FUN!!!

I personally go to each property (all in the same community) before and after each stay to make sure everything is just right! If you have questions or concerns, just look at the guest comments!

Why they chose this property

Location! This community has the best of both worlds - it is great for the owners and their family to visit because it is close to family members and close to all the activities they enjoy (including winter sports)....but also great as a vacation rental for others.....the unit is fully licensed as a tourist home (required by Cottonwood Heights).

What makes this property unique

This condo/town home is so spacious and comfortable.
The community is very unique. The location is ideal - right at the mouth of the Canyons so we can ski in 20 minutes, yet still in Salt Lake county with quick freeway access to go downtown or to Park City. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by as well. We are one of the only communities within walking distance to amenities like the Porcupine Pub, Alpha Coffee, Eight Settlers Distillery and restaurant, 7-11 and The Lift House Sports. The condos are situated to allow privacy from neighbors. No hot tub or deck is close to another and many are not visible to other units. You don't have to worry about taking trash cans out once a week as we have community dumpsters for trash & recycling.

There are several things that set our properties apart.
**We take pride in the ownership of our properties. We value your business and want to make it more personal. We've stayed in many vacation rentals and have found many to be "too sterile" and unwelcoming - no personal touches. We want our guests to feel like friends and be comfortable in their "home away from home"
**We have at least 5 different types of pillows in each condo as not all guests like the same type of pillow.
**Each mattress and pillow have protectors that are laundered frequently.
**Our rugs and blankets are laundered frequently as well.
**Our spices and cooking essentials are plentiful and refilled or replenished as needed.
**We offer many books, maps and literature on local things to do as well as our personal 'local' recommendations.
**Our condo is in the furthest building away from busy Wasatch Blvd. It is very quiet.
**We have the largest, most secluded patio/deck in the community~it backs up to private open space (large hillside)
**We live within 10 minutes from the property. We are in the community often as we have two other condos in the community. We are readily available if needed but not right next door "spying on you" :)
