Unmatched panoramic views of gorgeous sunsets over Salt Lake City and the Great Salt Lake from every level and the deck called the "Sunset Lounge," have earned this beautiful home the name of the "House of the Setting Sun."
Hot tub, steam shower, pond, pool table, shuffle board table, Bocce ball court, outdoor gas fire pit. Themed rooms such as "The Royal Room" decorated after Versailles "Hall of Mirrors," and "The Moroccan Room," and a brand new king bedroom suite with second kitchen.
* Please note this is the owners primary residence. There is 1 indoor/outdoor cat that lives on the property, goes through a dog door, and is on an auto feeder. She mostly sleeps. Bonus, if you’re a cat lover.
