The host was very communicative and kind. He made my family trip so easy! We loved the house, especially the play area downstairs. The house has incredible natural light, the hot tub was perfect and the bunk room can fit so many! Not to mention the location is right by the mountain and across the street from a Smiths Marketplace. We will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Christmas week stay! Very clean rooms. 20 year olds in our group used the hot tub every day! Found all the cookware, dishes and utensils for our group of 10. All 3 bathrooms include shampoo, soap and conditioner dispensers. Very easy check in and out, and great responsiveness from the host!

The house was terrific! We had two families with a total of 3 college age kids. Great amount of space for everyone! Game room and 2nd TV room downstairs was perfect for all of us to play! Hot tub and fenced backyard were private and roomy! Kitchen was very well appointed with all of the essentials and more! Jake was attentive and accommodating! Super convenient to highways, skiing, grocery, restaurants & shops! We'll be back!

This place was perfect. We had a family gathering from three different states gather here. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed including a full spice rack. The dining table expanded and extra chairs were available to fit all for a nice Thanksgiving dinner. A lot of time wa spent in the game room sharing laughs and fun. All three evenings, someone was out in the hot tub enjoying the warm water and cold crisp air. The location was amazing right in the foothills with a grocery store near by and easy access to the freeway. We felt spoiled and enjoyed a few days of luxury.

Clean, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, kids loved the game room, very easy check in and check out process. Great location close to the canyons and quick access to Park City. Though the house backs up to a busy street, there was almost no road noise. I would 100% stay here again with my family.
