Indian Rocks Beach is a great family beach with lots of great restaurants and activities available nearby for all ages. The townhouse unit is an intercostal waterfront townhome that features 3 balconies. The townhome has 2 bedrooms and one man cave (one bedroom with a King bed, the other bedroom with a 2 full beds, and man cave with 2 full bunk beds), 2 full bathrooms. The unit has its own laundry room with a washer and dryer. Kitchen is fully equipped and linens are provided. The townhome features a heated pool overlooking the tennis courts and a large sundeck with lounge chairs, tables, and hot tub.

Amenities include: heated pool, large sundeck with lounge chairs/tables, private balconies, central air conditioning/heating, breakfast bar, ceiling fans, dishwasher, disposal, microwave oven, range/oven, refrigerator, telephone with free national calling, Wifi, cable TV's, various kitchen appliances, washer and dryer and a assigned parking spot.
