Swimming pool of 55 M2, caretaker, garden
2x 8 h / week housekeeper, second line 50 M from the sea, on terrace 1 * sea view, near shops, restaurants, golf. There is the possibility of using an old car (with Dudu as a driver) for local use. As long as it works, free.
We made the cover of the terrace to the waterproof pool, so you can sit outside during a rain shower (during the rainy season)

Franchement ... top ...Tout a été facile ... mention spéciale à Dudu qui est aux petits soins sans jamais être pressant ou envahissant. A Deya également. Merci pour les conseils et les bons tuyaux.Le logement est top ... la plage à côté ... et les oiseaux dans le jardin assurent un spectacle au petit dej fantastique (le chant .. les couleurs ...). Un peu éloigné des boites de nuit de Saly mais c'est ce que nous recherchions ... et si on avait voulu Dudu était là pour nous.Très bon point de départ pour se faire la côte ouest du Sénégal ... Dakar, popenguine, sine saloum, Bandia, joal fadiouth, Somone ... avec un chauffeur trouvé par Dudu qui roule cool et qui est aussi sympa que prévenant.

Descriptif parfaitement conforme: villa bien conçue, bien équipée, très propre, près de la mer. Charmant petit jardin, piscine très agréable. Le gardien, chauffeur, factotum..est attentionné et très efficace. Femme de ménage impeccable. Un danger: la température de l eau chaude.

Belle expérience

Nous avons bien aimé notre séjour. Les lieux étaient propre, tout fonctionnait, la cuisine était bien équipée. Dudu, le gardien sur place, était discret, disponible et serviable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine qui était très bien entretenue et propre. Elle a aussi une zone peu profonde qui est parfait pour s’y asseoir ou pour les enfants plus petits. Ce fut un beau séjour. Merci de nous avoir si bien accueillit.

Très belle villa

Très belle maison. Correspond à la description. Communication facile avec le propriétaire. Le gardien et la femme de ménage font un travail formidable, ils sont très serviables et discrets. Nous avons passé 10 jours de vacances très agréables en famille avec nos deux enfants et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Superbe maison

Super séjour, la maison est magnifique avec un emplacement au top pour les commerces, proches du Auchan, proche de la mer et un soleil toute la journée pour chauffer cette magnifique piscine. Dudu le gardien est adorable et toujours présent et bien plus encore. Je recommande cette location a 100%.

Magnifique

Nous avons passé 2 superbes jours. La maison est très bien équipée et fonctionnelle. La piscine est splendide et les extérieurs arborés donnent l'occasion de voir plein dd jolis oiseaux colorés. Un petit havre de paix. Et la cerise sur le gâteau c'est Dudu qui est super gentil, accueillant, serviable et toujours souriant. On reviendra avec plaisir!

Séjour très agréable dans cette belle villa

Villa agréable fidèle à la description du site. Piscine adaptée pour les enfants et les adultes. Gardien agréable, serviable et nous a bien guidé pour les sorties dans les alentours. Nous avons passé d'agréables moments en famille en toute quiétude, la place à deux pas est agréable et surtout non remplie de monde. Adresse à retenir 👍👍

Séjour agréable dans maison de charme

Maison bien placée avec 3 chambres spacieuses et une belle piscine. Le seul petit point négatif: le manque de Climatiseur dans le séjour.

Bonjour Rama, Merci pour votre réponse. Quant à la climatisation dans le salon. Je l'ai enlevé, le salon fait plus de 80 M2 et si on y fait fonctionner un climatiseur, votre facture d'électricité sera beaucoup trop élevée. Pour éviter les mauvaises surprises, je l'ai retiré. Cordialement. Chris

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances dans cette villa conforme à la description. Le personnel nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux. Dudu a été d’une aide précieuse autant par sa disponibilité que pour sa volonté à nous faire découvrir de beaux endroits pour rendre meilleur notre séjour, sans oublier Ndeye aussi qui veille à la propreté des lieux. Un excellent sejour

La maison est très agréable et située à quelques mètres de la mer. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec climatisation et de grands lits très confortables. Une mention spéciale à Dudu qui est aux petits soins pour vous faire passer un excellent séjour.
