Nous avons passĂ© de superbes vacances au mois de septembre Ă  Ajaccio dans ce bel appartement moderne , sĂ©curisĂ©, trĂšs propre, dĂ©corĂ© avec goĂ»t et parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©. Nous ne manquions de rien. Place de parking privatif au pied de l’immeuble, petits magasins et boulangerie Ă  proximitĂ© pour Ă©viter d’aller en ville. Et que dire de cette magnifique vue mer ! L'appartement était trÚs trÚs propre !!!! Plages, bus, supérette, pharmacie, boulangerie à proximité ! Bon emplacement ! Le seul inconvénient est la proximité de la route (un peu bruyante). Sinon, c'était top ! Merci à Monique pour son accueil !

Idéalement situé entre Ajaccio et de magnifiques plages (petit plus avec la petite plage face à la résidence qui permet de prendre un bain rapide), l'appartement est spacieux, trÚs propre, aménagé avec beaucoup de goût...il ne manque rien ! Nous avons passé un excellent sÚjour et y reviendrons avec plaisir. La vue sur la baie d'Ajaccio est imprenable. Un grand merci également à Monique pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité tant pour l'arrivée que pour le départ. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation.

TrĂšs, trĂšs bel appartement.

TrÚs bel appartement, trÚs design, une grande terrasse, et surtout trÚs bien décoré également (ma compagne était ravie et m'a suggéré des idées pour notre propre appartement). Bien situé, avec un accÚs juste en face pour accéder à des petites criques connues seulement par les gens du quartier (donc pas beaucoup de monde). Et aussi un trÚs bon accueil par Monique, qui est vraiment une bonne personne. Le seul petit bémol est la route (trÚs fréquentée) qui passe devant, mais on s'y habitue trÚs vite. En résumé, un trÚs bon séjour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce trÚs bel appartement idéalement situé . Pratique pour aller se balader à Ajaccio ou choisir les nombreuses plages à proximité . TrÚs belle vue de la terrasse et appartement de standing trÚs fonctionnel . Idéal pour passer des vacances détendues . Nous conseillons fortement cette location et nous venons en Corse tous les ans ....

Appartement neuf trÚs bien agencé avec tout le confort, et une décoration moderne. Il ne manque rien. Propreté irréprochable. On est comme chez soi. Résidence trÚs calme. Location vraiment conforme aux photos, la vue sur la mer de la terrasse est bien agréable. Le plus, c'est l'accÚs à la plage (presque privée) juste en face de la résidence. Nous avons trouvé de bons restos tout à cÎté. Je conserve cette adresse et je la recommande sans aucune restriction. Colette

Un emplacement privilégié !

Un appartement neuf spacieux ( je suis le 1er locataire) avec tout le confort nécessaire, une décoration moderne et soignée. Location fidÚle aux photos, magnifique vue mer de la terrasse avec un accÚs plage ( sauvage et trÚs peu fréquentée) à une cinquantaine de mÚtres de la résidence. Propreté des lieux irréprochable, accueil chaleureux, nombreux restaurants et paillotes, commerces... à proximité. Tout est là pour passer un séjour agréable sur cette ßle de beauté. Adresse à conserver et à recommander sans restrictions! Pascal.
