The residence has 4 swimming pools, a children's park, a barbecue area, an underground car park, beautiful outdoor facilities around a lake and is permanently secured with a guard service and a video surveillance system.
It is located in the heart of the Costa del Sol, on the Duquesa golf course, just a 5-minute walk from the marina and beaches, 10 minutes from the town of Estepona, 25 minutes from Marbella and 50 minutes from Malaga airport.
