The LODGE is a house belonging to the outbuildings of a charming little Chateau, in the heart of a large park located 15 km southwest of Le Mans, in the Sarthe Valley.
The LODGE is a cottage for 5 to 6 people, located 200 meters from the MANOIR, another cottage for rent
On the ground floor:
1 large very comfortable room with 1 king size bed (180/200) or 2 twin beds - with bathroom (shower, double sink + independent toilet), with possibility of adding a folding bed for child.
Upstairs :
-A landing with 1 single bed
-2 bedrooms en suite, the first through bedroom (1 single bed), the 2nd bedroom
 (with 1 double bed or 2 twin beds), suitable for a family, and sharing a bathroom at the foot of the stairs to the ground floor.
Lodge entrance: South side by the kitchen, in a private courtyard, and east side for the large room overlooking a lawn; the west facade overlooks the courtyard of the Chateau inhabited by the owners.

The tenants of the Lodge enjoy the immense private park of 400 hectares, and have for their exclusive use a lawn and a court placed on the South and East side of the house; The west side overlooks the castle courtyard.
Capacity:
2 adults can stay in the large room on the ground floor;
4 young people or 2 parents and two children can stay in the suite of the floor.

The entrance is through the kitchen, south side, with nearby chairs, tables and chairs, barbecue; then access to the living room, large room of 50 m2, lit by 4 windows. Large tables, sofas and armchairs around the big fireplace.
From the living room, we reach the large bedroom of 28 m2, which also has an outside access by a few steps giving pleasantly on the lawn. This room has 4 windows and has its own bathroom, made recently, with its large shower that comes from Italy, its beautiful radiator heats towel and double sink custom made. The sloping ceiling of the room, its beams and especially its woodwork Tulipier Virginia, give it a lot of character and charm, evoking the woodwork of a beautiful dacha. In the living room, close to the staircase, is the door of another bathroom (with an independent enclosed shower, a double sink and a separate toilet) which is used for the bedrooms upstairs
The Lodge is located in the middle of the Hamlet, but has its own lawned courtyard. The courtyard is closed by a high laurel hedge east side, a large building south side, the courtyard is not completely closed, and access to the park is easy.
