Ideally located next to Le Mans, between the Chateaux de La Loire, Paris, Puy du Fou and Mont Saint Michel, the Domaine de Saint Frambault is 200 km from Paris and Nantes. It enjoys a pleasant climate in June, July and August during which the swimming pool is heated, but its great comfort and superb decoration also make it a wonderful destination at Christmas or New Year's Day. The MANOR is located in a part of the Park that preserves in its simplicity the remains of an old orchard; this one slopes gently towards the pond where there was a spring reputed to be miraculous. The facade of the Manor, facing due south, is largely open by many more modern windows and glass doors overlooking the courtyard. The living room thus benefits from the slightest ray of sunshine. On the other side of the courtyard, a small gate opens giving access to the garden where the swimming pool stands, admirably well located in front of the charming 18th century Orangery.
The MANOR is completely restored into a superb 5-star luxury cottage, thanks to the help of a talented interior designer, Mr. Héberlé, who has managed to combine contemporary and classic style, while using very natural materials: Woodwork on the property, natural terracotta floors, lime paint, straw and sand coating on the second floor, Jerusalem stone and glazed terracotta in the bathrooms ... It has 2 suites with bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

The MANOR is a charming 5-star or 5-star cottage, very comfortable and very tastefully decorated. Its 5 double bedrooms + 1 small bedroom can accommodate 11 people; it consists of 2 suites and 3 double bedrooms, all with 1 double bed (180/200) OR 2 twin beds. In July and August, the Manor is rented by the week from Saturday 5pm to Saturday 10am. The rest of the time, arrival days are flexible.
The SWIMMING POOL is 6m by 12m and is reserved for the exclusive use of the MANOR; the hours of use are from 10am to 7pm, the best hours of sunshine. The rest allows for maintenance. (mowing is done during the day once a week) the swimming pool is pleasantly located in a garden in front of the Orangery, where you can enjoy ping pong and table football. The swimming pool, ping pong and table football are reserved exclusively for the occupants of the MANOR, from 10am to 7pm.
The LODGE, 200 meters away, has flexible arrival and departure times. The large double room on the ground floor can be rented alone. There is also a Suite upstairs, consisting of two rooms (3 to 4 people)
