with garden, quiet and pleasant near the magnificent beach of Pointe Marin. The beach is a 5 minute walk. The village of Sainte Anne is 5 minutes by car with all amenities (post office, supermarkets, restaurants, ...). Close to the saline beaches, the Baie des Anglais, Anse Caritan .....
There are two apartments: one with a capacity for 2 to 4 people, and another for 2 to 7 people.
They both have the same equipment and all have a garden and electric shutters.
* Facilities: open kitchen with view of the garden, equipped with hotplates, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, barbecue, large combined fridge, washing machine (shared), dryer, iron and ironing board, WIFI.
* The bedroom is separated from the living room by blackout curtains
* Sheets and towels, bath mat provided

Appartement spacieux non loin de la plage
Appartement en rez-de-jardin agréable et plutôt spacieux, avec une petite cour et à distance de marche de la plage de ste-Anne (notez qu’il faut descendre quelques marches étroites pour accéder à l’appartement).
Très propre avec literie confortable et cuisine bien équipée (BBQ neuf) et lave-linge également disponible ainsi qu’un salon exterieur.
Marina est très gentille et super efficace (il manquait des verres a vin et des bols et deux heure plus tard, c’etait sur le pas de la porte).
L’appartement ne dispose pas de stationnement, il faut garer sur la rue ( nous n’avons jamais eu de difficulté mais les appartements d’à côte et du dessus n’étaient pas loués. Donc la petite cours était au calme, mais en cas d’occupation maximale autour, cela pourrait être moins agréable .
En conclusion, c’est un bon rapport qualité -prix pour un appartement de cette taille, surtout si on souhaite accéder à la plage à pied.

Merci Annie pour votre message. J'apprécie.
L'appartement est en rez-de-jardin donc il vaut descendre quelques marches pour y accéder. Mais la largeur est conventionnelle. On y passe avec des charges sans encombre.
Pour le stationnement, il n'y a certes pas de place de parking mais il y a de quoi faire dans le lotissement même en cas d'occupation maximale.
Il n'y a pas de dérangement particulier dans le jardin en cas d'occupation maximale car les balcons sont en retraits. Il est d'ailleurs très apprécié des vacanciers.
Je vous souhaite une bonne continuation et vous remercie encore.
Vous étiez forts gentils et respectueux des lieux.
