Rental new detached villa with all mod cons in a quiet housing estate, close to the ocean (2kms), close to all amenities, spa, surf school, reptilarium, zoo, water park, etc. ... Everything you need for a dream vacation, all by bike.

As for the villa, it is very comfortable, it will offer you air conditioning for hot days as well as a heated swimming pool (3.5m / 7m) and secured by roller shutter.

It consists of 3 BEDROOMS, one of which is modular upstairs.
1 bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub on the ground floor, and a bathroom upstairs. 2 WC.
1 fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven ...., washing machine ....
We provide linens (sheets, towels ....).
The house is also equipped with free wifi, canal + ......

All on a garden with terrace of 100 m2 facing SOUTH to enjoy the sun all day.

3 parking spaces in front of the villa.
Located 5 minutes from Capbreton and 15/20 minutes from Bayonne / Biarritz.

We had a fantastic stay at this house in Lebanne as a family of five. The location is perfect, and the garden with the pool was a real highlight. Everything worked smoothly, and the hosts were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Highly recommended!
